Special containment procedure:SCP-4390 can so far only be contained by allowing it to hear/absorb the screams of an infant human.The Ethics Committee is currently reviewing the ethical nature of these containment procedures.Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-4390, the Ethics Committee's ruling to disallow these containment procedures has been overruled.
Description: SCP-4390 is a keter class anomaly with extreme mind altering effects. SCP-4390 is a small, dented lemonade can that was found in Foundation containment on the twenty second of November [REDACTED]. Further testing revealed additional anomalous properties of SCP-4390, including indestructability, and the mysterious pulse. Also discovered was that if the screams of a human infant are not absorbed within 17.28 hours of each other then SCP-4390 will start to give off the aforementioned pulse that reached 1 metre at first and slowly grows. anyone inside the range of the pulse will be compelled to help SCP-4390 with any and all requests, wants or desires, including it's escape from containment.
Addendum-1: Testing of SCP-4390 discovered that D-class personnel with either depression, borderline personality disorder or type 2 diabetes are partially immune to SCP-4390 unless touching SCP-4390.

tests on SCP-4390 have shown partially inconclusive results, test#1 was a damage test, SCP-4390 was immune to all damage which came to it. however later on during one of the containment procedures SCP-4390 was knocked off of its pedestal where it resides and was slightly dented, staff are not entirely sure as to how this happened but further testing will commence shortly. test#2 was a test to see whether prolonged exposure to SCP-4390 had any other side effects unknown to the foundation other than was has been previously stated, test#2 was negative.
All other information about SCP-4390 has been expunged by order of the 05 council
