Description: SCP-4236 has the appearance of a large blue curtain (dimensions: 3m x 5m), further examination has divulged the entity is made from 73.6% cotton and 22.4% polyester materials.
SCP-4236 was first discovered by a level 3 personnel whilst on break, becoming the first instance of SCP-4236-1. The entity seems to have the anomalous property of affecting the minds of anyone that makes direct eye contact with it. (Note: Tests have been conducted by placing translucent objects intervening in direct field of vision, such as sunglasses, but have thus far proven inconclusive.) This is accompanied by a momentary pause in the individual as they appear to be momentarily lost in thought before returning to their intended task. The extent that SCP-4236 has on the affected individuals mind, as of this moment remains unclear. However there are common traits shared amongst all cases of SCP-4236-1 (see Document 4236-A).
Currently all instances of SCP-4236-1 remain under surveillance, as well as being subjected to weekly MRI scans. So far all results have proven inconclusive.
