Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are to be kept in a well-lit, 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm room with a temperature of 22°C. Only one guard must-watch SCP-XXXX at all times to prevent them from being stolen or destroyed. personnel must have level 2 clearance before entering SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are two 25kg dumbbells with a royal purple rigid plastic shell with sphere-shaped heads. The grip of SCP-XXXX-A has a sentence written in black marker saying the following, "WORKOUT 'TIL YOU DROP!" There is also a phone number engraved into SCP-XXXX-A. We tried calling the number, but we were greeted by a distorted voice that answered and said the following, "We are sorry this number does not exist, goodbye." And immediately hangs up.
When exercising with SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B, The victim, referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, will show signs of excessive sweating and soreness (specifically around the upper body area) in seconds when using SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXX-B. It appears that SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B attach themselves to SCP-XXXX-1 and forces him/her to exercise under their effects until he/she drops to the floor due to death or loss of consciousness. After SCP-XXXX-1 drops to the floor, both SCPs detach themselves from SCP-XXXX-1 and rewards SCP-XXXX-1 by releasing a lavender-scented smell into the air. Personnel that survived the effects of SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B, will be then treated and taken back to their cell.12
SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B were both found in a basement in ████████ in the year 199█. █████ ██, the man who owned the house, was found dead in his basement due to a cardiac arrest. █████ was in his basement for 3 days before being discovered. █████ was holding SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B in his hands. Both SCPs were taken to Site-19 for further research.
It's unknown what caused SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B anomalous behavior.
Addendum: After multiple tests of using SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B. We now know SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B force SCP-XXXX-1 to use exactly 11 dumbbell exercises repeatedly until he/she dies or passes out. Personnel that doesn't expertise in dumbbell exercises or don't exercise at all will know how to do these exercises when SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B attach themselves to them. Personnel that has survived SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are more mentally and physically fit than they were before testing.
