Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx-1 is to be given a standard humanoid containment unit, but it allowed level 1 access to the facility. SCP-xxxx-1 is permitted to have specific forms of entertainment such as a television, art supplies, and an mp3 player. SCP-xxxx is not allowed to be given any other items without first submitting a requisition form which will then be approved by site staff.
Description: SCP-xxxx is an entity of unknown dimensions or weight with no known physical features residing within SCP-xxxx-1. SCP-xxxx-1 is a humanoid male of Irish descent between the age of 19 and 23 years old named Tobias ███████. Measuring 1.8 meters in height and weighing approximately 90.5 kilograms. SCP-xxxx-1 never expresses hostility or aggression towards any staff members, and is compliant with any demands made and testing done with him. He'll often volunteer to help assist researchers, but is only allowed if approved by staff SCP-xxxx is forbidden from assisting with any and all SCP related tasks, please see Addendum xxxx-A
SCP-xxxx-1 possesses properties caused by SCP-xxxx that allow it to turn most threatening, living entities docile within seconds of entering an estimated 4.6 meter radius of the SCP, wearing off gradually over the course of 10 to 15 minutes after exiting this vicinity depending on length of exposure.
When damaged through circumstances his properties cannot prevent (i.e, a paper cut), his body will repair these wounds at the normal rate of healing of a normal human.
Addendum xxxx-A: It has been discovered that SCP-xxxx's anomalous property will pacify entities to a docile state regardless of their initial level of aggression. To avoid a potential containment breach due to this property causing staff to not be able to perform properly, SCP-xxxx-1 will be forbidden from assisting with anything associated with SCP testing and is forbidden from entering a 10 foot radius of the testing areas when testing is active.
