Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a room with a length, width, and height of at least 60 meters, lined with a heat resistant alloy. Drains into the earth should be located across the floor of the room. This room is always to be at the lowest point in the facility. Temperature of the room must be monitored at all times and any substantial changes should be immediately reported and dealt with. SCP-XXXX must also be supported 10 meters above the ground by 4 heat resistant trusses. Entry into SCP-XXXX's chamber requires a full body heat resistant suit and entry into SCP-XXXX is prohibited.
Any contact with any volume of SCP-XXXX-2, besides using SCP-XXXX, is strictly prohibited. All volumes of SCP-XXXX-2 must be removed from the base of SCP-XXXX daily due to the nature of SCP-XXXX-1. This process must be carried out by D-class personnel using containers constructed of SCP-XXXX. These volumes must then be frozen until they are no longer deemed dangerous and then disposed of. Any experimentation with SCP-XXXX-2 must be done with extreme caution.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a large brown spherical mass, sharing visual similarities to that of a meatball. SCP-XXXX is hollow, having a thickness of 5 meters and an inner radius of 20 meters. The material of SCP-XXXX has found to be organic and highly heat resistant withstanding up to heats as high as 1232 degrees Celsius. There is a large hole on the side of SCP-XXXX leading inside of the entity.
Inside of the entity is a large translucent organic object, having the same biological structure of a human heart (deemed SCP-XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX is supported by seven flesh-like appendages from the inner walls of SCP-XXXX, resembling human arms and legs. It is presumed that SCP-XXXX-1 is made up of a thinner layer of SCP-XXXX along with the appendages.
SCP-XXXX-1 also beats, similar to a normal heart. However this process takes place with the appendages pressuring certain points of the heart to recreate normal heart functions and only beats at a rate of 10 BPM.
SCP-XXXX-1 is filled with an orange luminescent liquid (designated SCP-XXXX-2) with an exceptionally high temperature, burning at a temperature of 980 degrees Celsius. Once every five days, starting on Saturday, the temperature will decrease to 880 degrees Celsius. This will last until the next day.
Every time SCP-XXXX-1 "beats", approximately 1.2 gallons of SCP-XXXX-2 are pumped out of the right atrium and eventually leak onto the floor of SCP-XXXX. It takes about 93 hours for SCP-XXXX to over flow with SCP-XXXX-2 into the SCP-XXXX's chamber. This event will be determined as a containment breach.
