Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4613 is to be kept inside a secure video storage at Site ██. SCP-4613 should not under any circumstances be shown to a large amount of personnel simultaneously.

Description: SCP-4613 is a black DVD case that is 19х13.5cm and 14mm thick. There are no DVD’s inside of the case however it reeks of alcohol. After 10 seconds of examining SCP-4613 the subject will begin to feel tired, then pass out after another 10 seconds. The time before waking up stays around 40 to 60 minutes. All subjects report to have a dream while in this state, however reports vary. Some ranging from being a dog to seeing visions of O5 council members. All reports of these dreams have been destroyed during a fire.
