Special containment procedures: SCP-5431 must be terminated as soon as possible. SCP-5431 has been found to be the cause of multiple full-site containment breaches. (see addendum 5431-A). it is currently contained in a 5x5x5 steel plated room. in the event of a containment breach, staff & personnel are to view class 4 hazardous object containment producers. 450 LED lights are to be placed inside SCP-5431's containment cell at all times. in the event of one of these lights burning out or failing, D-Class personnel will be moved into containment cell to replace dead LED lights.
Description: SCP-5431 appears to be a black shadow, but can take form of it's previous victims. Foundation staff report strange sounds coming from within SCP-5431's containment cell. This is considered normal, any strange behavior should be reported to Supervisors or 05-█. Any attempts in communication between SCP-5431 should be ignored. 05-█ has considered this as an act of violent violence. (see addendum 5431-A1). Any further unusual behavior should be meet with further violence.

SCP-5431 stand up, slamming his hands on the desk.

Dr. █████: Dr. █████ stand up from the chair, moving towards the door. Get me out of here!
Dr. █████ proceeds to leave the room.
closing statement: SCP-5431 smashes the door, causing the guard standing behind the door to die instantly. What follows is a full-site containment breach, with ███ reported missing, ██ reported KIA, █ SCP's reported missing.
