Special Containment Procedures: SCP 10000 must be contained in a non flammable cell without any windows or electrical units(such as outlets or anything with wires). The room must be at least 13 feet tall. If any cameras are to be put in SCP 10000 or other recording tools(that have wires in them) then they must be placed on the roof of SCP 10000's cell.
Description: SCP 10000 has human-like features being shoulders, head, neck, and torso. However SCP 10000's limbs are scissors with the edge of the scissors as the front(and back) and the face as the sides. Do execute SCP 10000 as he will try to execute you first as defense for himself. Or at least do it when he isn't aware. When jailing SCP 10000 he will try to resist. So make sure he is unconscious before you jail him. If SCP 10000 gets released from his cell he won't execute anyone. He will walk around and try to find something to do. But he won't try to execute you unless you try to do the same to him. But even so, keep high watch on SCP 10000 since if he can't find anything to do he will leave the facility and see if he do anything outside of the facility, not only that but he can light his limbs on fire. Or put electricity on his limbs if he can find some.
