SCP-XZ-1

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XZ-1 is to be kept in the libray in a locked case made of steel. SCP-XZ-1 cannot be handled by personel less than Level 3 unless give permission by a Level 3 personel.

Description: SCP-XZ-1 is a very old leather bound book, made around 753 BC, by a now extict cult. It's writings contain mostly indecrifibale text, but some of it can be read. Information contained tells of many supposed spells and rituals.

The book however is sentient being, able to communicate with a reader through telepathy. The book "speaks" in whatever language is the readers perfered, and speaks to the reader in a polite manner. SCP-XZ-1 has shown a keen intriest on aiding the Foundation on many matters, and it's advice has been seen as useful, with the O5 council assigning it a rating of Thaumiel.

The writings in the book have been, through testing, proven to work, and the results are, disturbing, to put it lightly. Testing of these ruituals have been forbidden for the forseeable future.

SCP-XZ-2

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XZ-2 has yet to be contianed, containment should be of high priority.

Description: SCP-XZ-2 is a tall, skeletal figure, wearing a black cloak and wealds a scythe. Many reports have shown SCP-XZ-2 has a similar look to the Grim Reaper¹. It has a conection to SCP-XZ-1, hence the grouped together entry, as it seems SCP-XZ-2 is a direct byproduct of SCP-XZ-1.
