Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of this SCP, no containment procedures are possible without considerable loss of resources and personnel. Until an agreement is arranged or proper containment procedures are established, Focus should be given to the surveillance and "diplomacy" between the Foundation and SCP-XXXX to minimize civilian exposure.

Description: SCP-XXXX has been reclassified to Euclid after an agreement has been made to stop SCP-XXXX traveling to populous places where many casualties can occur. SCP-XXXX is a male human in the their early twenties of unknown ethnicity, wearing civilian time-appropriate clothing. When questioned about their age or birth location, answers will vary, though SCP-XXXX is very cooperative in other areas of questioning. It is unknown whether that the subject is purposely lying or does not know the proper information. It is interesting to note that the subject seems to age at one quarter of the speed of normal humans, as this effect seems to temporarily spread to any life forms around it, though no adverse effects have been observed. It's anomalous effect becomes apparent when either threatened or a course of events proceed that would eventually harm the subject. While the subject itself does not have the capacity to harm others more than any other human, approximately ██ seconds before the subject would have been harmed, clones of the subject appear clothed in time-appropriate unmarked generic green military style apparel. These clones of SCP-XXXX known as SCP-XXXX-1 carrying time-appropriate unmarked generic assault rifles and moving tactically in teams of four, will attempt to "arrest" the aggressor and any others that wish to harm SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-1. Though SCP-XXXX is able to resist any object or person that is attempting to harm them, SCP-XXXX-1 can appear to die. Therefore SCP-XXXX-1 will protect itself and other of it's "team members".

When the aggressor is arrested, their hands will be bound together behind their back without handcuffs, and SCP-XXXX-1 will exhibit a neurological effect to the subject where the arrested subject believes that their hands are held their or are simply immovable, another noticeable effect is that the subject will calm down and follow orders of SCP-XXXX-1, though SCP-XXXX will not issue orders. It is important to note at this time that for each aggressor present, one team of SCP-XXXX-1 will appear. The arrested subject will be marched away the scene of the arrest where they will disappear. When appearing or disappearing a neurological effect will be administered to any of the viewers, and they will think they left or entered the room "normally" even if leaving or entering such a room would be entirely impossible. This effect will not translate through digital medium.

Unless the subject was killed, after approximately ten years the subject will be returned to the place where they were arrested, or if impossible to return, a place near it; however far away. The subject will then exhibit a high respect for authority and increased intelligence, when questioned about why the changes are present, the subject simply states that they "were always this way".

Precaution is be implemented when dealing with SCP-XXXX as it can in a very populous area, arrest or kill hundreds to thousands of people. Though, when ██ teams of SCP-XXXX-1 have been neutralized by a particular subject, SCP-XXXX will attempt to escape, though after about ██ minutes of evading harm and failing to leave the area, SCP-XXXX will disappear and its standard exiting neurological effect will take place. While SCP-XXXX normally never teleport, this type of event seemed to allow SCP-XXXX to do so temporarily.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-A: After previous attempts to contain SCP-XXXX, an interview was arranged and SCP-XXXX was invited to join the interview with no attempt at capture by the Foundation staff.

Foreword: SCP-XXXX successfully arrived at Site-██ without incident. The subject was guided to the interviewing room peacefully.

Dr.█████: Good morning, SCP-XXXX. We have some questions to ask you. Would you mind?

SCP-XXXX: No. It's fine.

Dr.█████: Good, okay. What is your age?

SCP-XXXX: 23

Dr.█████: Okay. Where did you originate from?

The subject exhibits visible shaking movements and does not answer.

Dr.█████: Okay. That's fine.

SCP-XXXX: Why do you need to know this?

Dr.█████: It's work. I have to do it, I don't like this anymore than you. Anyway, working is only human.

SCP-XXXX: Who said I was human.

Dr.█████: Well—

SCP-XXXX: WHO said I was human.

Dr.█████: I only assumed.

Closing Statement: After Dr.█████ stated that SCP-XXXX was human, SCP-XXXX refused to answer any more questions was allowed to leave by Foundation staff. It is to be noted to never mention that SCP-XXXX is a human or looks like a human while speaking directly.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-B: The following is a test log where D-4637 was instructed to attack SCP-XXXX with a █" knife.

D-4637: I'M GONNA KILL YOU.

SCP-XXXX: So be it.

D-4637 Lunges toward SCP-XXXX while screaming, D-4637 is then tackled to the ground and is instructed to place their hands behind their back by SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX: You really shouldn't have.

SCP-XXXX leaves the room.

Observing Dr.███████: Oh god no. Shut it off, Shut it off!

Closing Statement:** SCP-XXXX was able to escape Foundation personnel and in the process was able arrest and kill ██ Foundation security staff.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-C: The following is a test log. D-3742 was placed in a 7' by 10' room behind an armored wall and bullet proof glass with an extruding ██████ brand Gatling gun; situated on the short east side of the room. A turret was placed inside the small chamber containing D-3742. There was a 8" thick steel metal door. The west side of the wall was missing and was hanging over where the wall would normally be.

<Begin Log, 12:27 █-31-████>

D-3742: Okay. I'm Ready.

SCP-XXXX was ushered into the room and allowed to sit down. A 10' thick concrete wall was then lowered into place being SCP-XXXX. D-3742 was then instructed to fire upon SCP-XXXX. D-3742 was interrupted by the turret in the chamber killing the team that tried to apprehend D-3742. This happened 7 more times with the same results.

Bullets appeared to leave wounds only temporarily before seconds later they would disappear. SCP-XXXX appears to be in pain during the process.

29 more teams of SCP-XXXX-1 were gunned down by D-3742 and in the process SCP-XXXX disappeared, along with any new teams.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX disappeared and failed to return. ███ SCP-XXXX-1 were killed during the test. SCP-XXXX appears to be able to teleport only in situations of continuous serious harm.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-D: The following is a test log. SCP-XXXX was placed in a room that was approximately 2 miles down. Cameras and guards were place in a 10 square mile radius around the surface two miles above the room.

Foreword: Facing the unknown nature of containing SCP-XXXX a small room was constructed 2 miles into the earth. This room was disguised as a diplomatic complex from the surface.

SCP-XXXX was told to enter a elevator, on grounds to "enter a diplomatic complex." SCP-XXXX complied and entered the elevator. SCP-XXXX then arrived in a 10' by 10' by 5' with a door entering to a bathroom that was 5' by 5' by 5'. The outside of the room was lined with a 1.2 kilometer thick wall of titanium produced for this situation. Both the room and the bathroom were furnished with expensive technology, furniture, and appliances, all with on-site resource connections. The elevator was then destroyed and the hole was filled. SCP-XXXX didn't seem to notice.

SCP-XXXX waited for 8 hours and 32 minutes, before moving to the telephone and trying to talk to a fake foundation representative, which was instructed to state that "the meeting would be tomorrow."

SCP-XXXX went to sleep at T+9:02

SCP-XXXX moved over the the telephone and proceeded to call again. The fake foundation representative failed in comforting SCP-XXXX and he slammed the telephone and moved back to the bed.

At T+19:55 SCP-XXXX-1 appeared, they were identified as "military engineers" and set up equipment around the room. Appearing to take samples and do "research".

At T+20:12 SCP-XXXX-1 moved to the table that was provided and laid out multiple papers that appeared to be graphs. On further inspection, these graphs appeared to be of the density of the surrounding concrete, titanium, and dirt, along with their altitude.

At T+20:26 Multiple teams of SCP-XXXX-1 were sighted directly above the chamber. A very large drill appeared afterwards, this drill appeared to be 5 meters in diameter and connected to a frame approximately 500 meters tall.

At T+26:23 Multiple teams of SCP-XXXX-1 rappelled down the hole and extracted SCP-XXXX. In the process, ██ security personnel near the drill were killed and arrested by SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX then ran approximately 162 miles to the nearest town. SCP-XXXX's speed was recorded at 52 mph while running with SCP-XXXX-1.
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX stayed in the town for the next 10 days while efforts to fill in the hole were made. This drill, but not the frame, disappeared. Failure to contain SCP-XXXX is now recognized as fact.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-E: Due to the personnel lost, any requests for more experiments involving provoking SCP-XXXX are strictly prohibited. Any requests to use SCP-XXXX to make D class personnel more compliant will not be granted unless specific permission from Dr.███████. Any requests involving testing between SCP-XXXX and any other SCP are to be first approved by the 05 council, as the agreements may be violated by SCP-XXXX as a result.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-F: Agreements have been made between SCP-XXXX and the foundation. A summary of these agreements are: The Foundation will not attempt to capture SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX will keep its arrests to a minimum and stay in thinly to medium populated areas.
