Special Containment Procedure
For the purpose of containing SCP-6000. Exclusionary Site-55 has been build, near the forest on where SCP-6000 currently resides in and guards are to prevent unauthorised individuals from entering the forest. Personnel is required to carry a UV flashlight when entering the forest, and are to ask the Site director for approval, before entering the forest.
Description
SCP-6000 is an unknown distorted entity, which varied in size and shape; its height varied around 180cm to 350cm. SCP-6000 appears to be black in colour, with all of its body, with the exception of its head, having different distorted body part, on each instances. SCP-6000 is extremely hostile to any human they see entering the forest and will try to attack them, until either SCP-6000 is blinded, the human has been terminated, or if the human has exit the forest. If SCP-6000 spotted a lumberjack or a poacher, SCP-6000 will prioritise them first and will not stop until they are terminated or have escaped from the forest.
SCP-6000 is fully intangible when it is not holding anything in its hand, which results in an object passing through the entity. SCP-6000 also appears to be deaf and does not appear to react when a sound is created. SCP-6000 eyes are very sensitive to UV light, as it blinds them for a short period of time. The duration on how long SCP-6000 will remain blind, is random, but it does not seem to go under 30 seconds. When SCP-6000 is blinded, SCP-6000 will cover their face with its own hand, and will create roar, comparable to tiger.
Discovery Log: SCP-6000 was discovered at a dense forest, which was located in Indonesia; due to rumours about an unknown entity, roaming the forest. There were also news about people going missing after entering the forest. Though, there are some people that have exit out the forest and spread their experience online. One of the survivor, who were able to escape from the forest was a foundation agent by the name Melo Johnson. Agent Melo was able to exit out of the forest, but his experience inside the forest, leave him traumatised after exiting the forest.
Addendum 6000.1
This is a recording between Dr. Hendrick and Agent Melo, which talk about Agent Melo's experience with SCP-6000.
[Recording Start]
Hendrick: So, Agent Melo, could you describe what the entity look like?
Melo: Y-yes, I can.
Agent Melo clears his throat, before describing SCP-6000 in a nervous tone.
Melo: T-t-the entity, looks like a big distorted mess, with white eye, black skin, and its body looks like one of those static effect that you usually see on tv.
Hendrick: Interesting. Have you touch the entity?
Melo: Only accidental, but there is no anomalous effect happening to me after I touch them. Though…
Hendrick: Though what?
Melo: When I touch them…My hands goes through their body…It felt like, I was touching the air.
Hendrick: So…This entity is intangible to the touch?
Melo: Well…There is one circumstances, on when I can touch them.
Hendrick: Oh? And what is that circumstances?
Melo: When they carry something on their hand, I can actually touch them…It felt like, I was touching another human.
Hendrick: Another human?
Melo: Yeah, and they didn't react when I touch them, or when I make a sound.
Hendrick: Interesting…Now, I want to know, how did you exit the forest?
Melo: Through sheer luck, as the forest are incredibly dense. I also noticed one thing about the entity.
Hendrick: What is it?
Melo: The entity seems to be very sensitive to UV light, since they cover their face and created a roar when the sunlight, reaches their face.
Hendrick: I see…So, is that the only information that you got?
Melo: Yeah, though it isn't much, I hope the information is enough.
Hendrick: Do not worry agent Melo, that was more than enough.
Melo: By the way Hendrick.
Hendrick: Hm? Yes, what is it?
Melo: Could you give me an amnestics?
Hendrick: For what exactly?
Melo: I just wanted to forget the traumatising experience I had…On that forest.
Hendrick: I see…Well, ask the site director to get yourself amnesticised.
Melo: A-alright.
[Recording Ended]
Closing statements: Following the interview. Dr. Hendrick requested the foundation to build a site, near where SCP-6000 is residing in. The request was later approved by the O5.
Incident 6000.3
During the building process of exclusionary Site-55. Some of the locals, has complained about the foundation, building near the forest; which then became a riot, formed by the locals. The police were involved in resolving the riot, which halted the building process. News regarding the riot, has spread to many news channel in Indonesia. The riot lasted for 4 days, in which, it created some casualties from the locals side.
Addendum 6000.4

Interviewee: M. Parto Uya, A local civilian
[Begin log]
Hendrick: So, Mr…
Parto: Parto. Is there anything you would like to ask?
Hendrick: Just a couple of things, I hope you don't mind.
Parto: I don't mind, ask away. I'll answer the best I could.
Hendrick: Alright, so first question. What is the reason for the riot?
Parto: Ah that, well, from what I know, it was mostly due to fear of the creatures, you know…Getting out of the forest. They fear that the creature will rampage through the city if you build too close to the forest.
Hendrick: I see, does it ever happened before?
Parto: What do you mean by that?
Hendrick: I mean, does the creature ever rampaged through the city before?
Parto: Ah well, no.
Hendrick: I see.
Dr. Hendrick drink some water, before continuing with the interview.
Hendrick: Second question. Do you know how the creature look like?
Parto: I do, I could draw on how it look like, though my drawing is pretty bad.
Hendrick: Drawing?
Parto: Yeah. Describing its appearances is pretty hard to do, so I would rather show it through drawing.
Hendrick: I see. Well, go ahead.
Parto: Alright, I just need a few stuff. Could you give me a paper?
Dr. Hendrick rip out a paper from his clipboard.
Hendrick: Here.
Parto: Thank you, this is not gonna take a while.
5 minutes later
Parto: I'm finished.
Hendrick: Alright, could you give me the drawing?
Parto: Here. It's not very good, but it is kinda similar to how it look like.
Hendrick: Hmmm…I see. Well, either way, thank you for the drawing.
Parto: Do you have any other question?
Hendrick: Just one more.
Parto: Alright then, ask away.
Hendrick: How did you managed to get out of the forest?
Parto: Usually by luck, but they are easily escapable, if you just point a UV flashlight at their face.
Hendrick: Does it blind them?
Parto: Yep, they get blinded for a bit. If you don't have a UV flashlight, then just hope that you got lucky and found a sunlight.
Hendrick: I see.
Parto: Anymore questions?
Hendrick: No, that was the last one.
Parto: Ah, well in that case, I'll be on my way then.
Hendrick: Thank you for answering the question sir.
Parto: You are very much welcome. Come here again, if you need any information.
Hendrick: I'll keep that in mind.
