Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be kept in Site-11 with a minimum of 50 Level 3 and below individuals who measure above 5 on Guilt-Negative-Behavior-Evaluation and/or Guilt-Repair using the Guilt and Shame Proneness Scale (GASP), with a preference for personnel who recently experienced a morally challenging incident. Access to knowledge regarding SCP-XXXX is restricted to high ranking personnel and Foundation archivists at remote sites. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, access to knowledge regarding the object is incompatible with it's containment at Site-11.
SCP-XXXX is to be kept under surveillance at all times by Special Task Force Zeta-53 "Zugzwang" Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 should be discretely RFID tagged for ease of monitoring, and they should be discouraged from leaving Site-11 without causing the instance distress. If SCP-XXXX can no longer be detected by surveillance, STF Zeta-53 is authorized to conduct a Ground Search with an appropriate cover.
