Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6089 is to remain in what looks like a children's daycare. Make sure that 6089 is in the center of the room. The room must have the following color scheme. Orange, Yellow, Blue, and Green. The proportions of the colors must be an equal four-way split. Next to it must be a book of the alphabet. With a yearbook with names that combined contain the full alphabet. This is to confuse 6089 so that it can't target any personnel supervising it.

Teams of a minimum of four members. Which are bringing 6089 into containment must have numbers instead of their real names on their employee identity tags. As well don't mention any of the member's real names in the presence of 6089. This is to prevent 6089 to affect anyone that comes into contact with it. Procedures remain the same with anyone supervising it over cameras. No personnel below level 3 is allowed access to 6089.

Description: SCP-6089: 6089 is a possessed sign, with a height of two feet and a length of four feet. The subject was found within the debris of burnt orphanage. Shortly after recovered, our team noticed we had difficulty in speech, sight, and writing. We have concluded that the sign reads the name of its victim. Then that person can no longer write, speak or see anything that has the letters of their name. It's victims eventually start to develop, a desire to write, speak or see those things again. Until they follow with the inevitable suicide of its victim
