Special Containment Procedures:
Any manifestation of SCP-XXXX must be reported immediatly.Individuals affected by SCP-XXXX are to be debriefed to reverse the effects of the anomaly and terminated on sight, in the case of them experiencing the further stages of contact.
Any personel working with or guarding SCP-XXXX must have absolute knolage of the area affected by SCP-XXXX.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon affecting a very small amount of induviduals with seemingly no correlation.Beings affected by SCP-XXXX show the anomalous property of suddenly feeling new to everything they come across, no matter if they had knowledge of it beforehand or are genuinely new to the Experience.This leads to difficulty to perform even the most generally known actions such as opening a door or filling a glass of water.Being subject to the effect for longer than 33 days will lead to permanent memory loss, wich therefore leads to the subject also being unable to regain lost abilities.The only known way to reverse the effect of SCP-XXXX is for the subject to learn about the anomaly and it´s effect.It is unknown how exactly the effect functions, but the most plausible way is it simply working as a powerful amnestic.
Reports have claimed, that once an Individual has survived more than 66 days with the effects of SCP-XXXX ongoing, they have reclaimed their memories, concience, the abilities lost in the first stage of the effect and have supposably claimed an ability to gain slight base-knowledge about any task assigned to them and from this stage it is known to be far more difficult to recover from the effect.There are no reliable sources to provide this information, but it is said that at this stage the effects can spread to other Individuals, tough the Foundation has not confirmened this.
Addendum XXXX-1p:
Incident-XXXX-1p
On the █/█/██ there was a message found on the walls of a public parking-lot in ███,Germany. The message was seemingly written in motor oil, therefore also a quite out of place buggy with an open oil tank was found.The message read: "Wa s hapnig, evrthg … New" in wich case only the word "New" was spelled corectly and easy to make out, while all other words where difficult to make out and only spelled with little of the required letters.The Foundation was alerted as it was determined that a Mr.████ Lock,who was in complete power over his mental abilities,was responsible for the message.
The subject that left the meaasge was recovered █ days later(see interview-XXX-1Q)

Foreword:
Mr.████ Lock was found near a Parking-lot in ████, Germany(see Addendum XXXX-1p).After Questioning it was determined that Mr.Lock(Name determined by an Employe-identification-card they where wearing at the time of recovery)was affected by SCP-XXXX and reversion of the effect was attempted.

Dr.Fisch: Alright, are you experiencing discomfort?

Dr.Fisch: You are … confused?
Mr.Lock: New why is everything new?
Dr.Fisch: Oh. You are capable of speaking?
Mr.Lock: Why is everything.. New?
(Dr.Fisch Checks his Clipboard once more, realising SCP-XXXX affecting the Subject)
Dr.Fisch: Ok you are suffering from the effect of a Mind-weakening anomaly. Okay?
Mr.Lock: This isn´t supposed .. to be … new
Dr.Fisch: Yes! You should know about this, at least from now on. So listen
Mr.Lock : This City shouldn´t be new.
(Dr.Fisch tests in wich stage of effect the subject is by holding up three (3) fingers, then putting his hand back on the desk)
Dr.Fisch: Sir, how many fingers did i just hold up?
Mr.Lock: You… did .. what?
Dr.Fisch: Alright, the subject is clearly at the effect of SCP-XXXX and in an advanced stage. This interview is over!

After an Attempt to reverse the effect of SCP-XXXX failed, Mr.Lock was terminated on sight.
Addendum-XXXX-2Z:
Following the events of Addendums 1p and 1Q, O5-█ ordered MTF Gamma-5 (Red Herrings) to investigate any suspition concerning SCP-XXXX and individuals affected by it.
I thought i knew it, thought i knew all about it; the Foundation, the Anomalies, the Tales of Monsters and Men in pale White coats.It was the strangest the most confusing and the most terrifying Thing i knew, and it was beautiful.I was there to see the wonders, the greatness and it was all and more than everything i could ever imagine. And ; i wanted to be a part of it, i did not want to experience the Beauty, i wanted to make it happen. So i did. I joined the Foundation.I was let in. And it was majestic. Until then. I realised what had happened. I was wrong. I was not in clear knowledge of a fraction of this place. I had only just scratched the Surface of possibility. Everything was new to me. I did not expect this. What i had imagined had changed. And that was not all ; seeing what was Happening made me almost go mad. I was doubting everything i once knew. It all was so new. I did build my mind up again but no matter what Things remained uncertain to me. Sights always new.Everything past my identity was a miracle like new experience. I was left in an empty world that remembered me, is that better than the world forgetting you though.
Addendum-XXXX-3Z:
Incident-XXXX-3Z
On the ██/██/20██ fortyfour (44) individuals (only theorized to be affected by SCP-XXXX, because of lack of General Information) met in the City square of █████,█████ Russia, who then gathered materials from the Area around them (recorded to be primarily ; wooden planks, stone bricks, steel rods and other basic house building materials. They then put together the materials to build seemingly just a pile of scraps and wooden pieces.
The Foundation was alerted to the situation following multiple reports of a group of townsfolk, that had set up camp and where attacking local citizens.MTF-Epsilon-6 was deployed to investigate.MTF-Epsilon-6 where met with heavy resistance by the group of affected townsfolk, who had constructed primitive weapons out of the collected materials.Through a ██ day period of Communication between MTF-Epsilon-6 with both Foundation operatives and the group of affected individuals to determine a way to detain the individuals without lethal force all affected individuals where terminated by MTF-Epsilon-6 to maintain secrecy.
Following this event a cleanup crew sent by the Foundation discovered multiple items crudely constructed out of the aforementioned materials.These items are non-anomalous, seemingly portraying the beginning of a culture built up by the group of affected individuals. These items are as follows:
—Multiple cribs made of wooden material and soft fabric.All cribs where found underneath a white torn sheet.The words "for our new Generations" where roughly written on the sheet with human feces.
—A barrel made out of wooden planks containing multiple primitive weapons constructed of wooden sticks, small stone bricks and sharpened steel pieces such as simple axes, spears and daggers.Text on the barrel read "to use against the old Generations".
—A leather bound book made of a poster ripped apart to create al least 127 pages.The "cover" of the book reads "for all Generations".Only the first page of the book had writing on it this page reads as follows:
"New. It is a new age. We do not know what the others are. We do not know what this place is. But we do know that what we do not know is dangerous and simply whishes to destroy us. We must protect the new generations from the new threats. This is the beginning of a new age. We must get used to it."
Addendum-XXXX-4B
It was later discovered, that the head researcher of SCP-XXXX, Dr.Fisch, was somehow affected by SCP-XXXX.
They where seen at the sight, mentioned in addendum-XXXX-3Z, but where not accounted for at the cleanup of bodies following the termination of the affected group.As it turns out Dr.Fisch escaped 2 days before the termination and somehow made their way back to the research sight where they miraculously found a copy of the original SCP-XXXX file and proceeded to read through it, curing them of the effect of SCP-XXXX before the later stages of the effect.They where detained and questioned about the experience, though they would not clarify on the situation.Dr.Fisch is not to be terminated or to come into contact with any dangerous anomalies before they clarify on the effect of SCP-XXXX.
Following all of the above no more instances of SCP-XXXX affected individuals where reported.Therefore SCP-XXXX is presumed Neutralized.
I was scared. All was new.It is said that ignorance is bliss but me flailing around in the darkness of forgetfulness seemed much worse.And i do admit.I thought it was the end.The end but all was new.It turned out it was not.I learned about it.I learned all about it.And there it was.Everything i thought i knew was true and more.I could do it all.And it was beautiful again.I got used to it.Nothing had to be new anymore.I can go on now.I can do anything.Making men and monsters.And so i will.
