Special Containment Procedures:SCP must be kept in a standard humanoid holding cell, no less/greater than 304.8cm by 304.8cm, in a perfect cubic square. No remotely operated technology is allowed in or around SCP's containment cell at any time unless otherwise stated by someone with level 4 clearance or higher. SCP's containment cell is to be made purely out titanium at least 1 foot in thickness on all sides and no less than 14 high powered frequency jammers are to be placed within 100 feet of SCP at all times. SCP's cell should have basic household items such as a bed, a sink, a restroom, and a stove with provided ingredients for cooking apon request. Staff are allowed to freely interact with SCP unless SCP states otherwise for any reason. All agents in charge of handling SCP,should be equipped with handheld EMP devises and stun guns able to deliver no less than 150,000 Jules of electricity.

Description:SCP is an albino, male, humanoid standing at around 198 centimeters. SCP is not too ascetically dissimilar from a regular human except for the visible cybernetics replacing its right arm and eye. SCP's right arm and eye are the only noted points were cybernetics are visible from the outside. Internal schematics of SCP that it provided to the foundation, as SCP stated it would prefer not being "opened", showed that SCP is a complex weave of synthetic and organic material. Dr.[REDACTED] states that "SCP seems to be a perfect balance between man and machine." The organic part of SCP works like a normal human circulatory system, however, it seems that SCP's internal organs run at a far faster and more efficient pace than even the healthiest human.
