Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell and is to be "fed" with a D class personel every 4 weeks. Under no circumstances should SCP-XXXX to be terminated via any means.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a young human male hypothesised to be around 25 to 30 years old with black hair and a pair of unnaturaly red eyes who was first discovered in the village ■■■■ after hearing reports of villagers murdered without any traces of blood.
Any personel who looks directly into SCP-XXXX's eyes will spontaneously bleed from wounds all across the body with the neck being the most common target. The bleeding cannot be stopped and has resulted in a 100% mortality.
Once the victim has expired their blood will disappear and SCP-XXXX will bleed from his nose, which he has explained as a side effect of his "feeding"
SCP-XXXX has not shown agressive behaviour towards other humans and has been seen on several ocassion to be apologetic towards his nature.

SCP-XXXX:Is that what they call me now? Odd name but i dont mind

Professor :I hope you can cooperate in this interview and provide insight for us.

SCP-XXXX :Yeah sure why not, anything to help

Professor :Let's start with something simple, what is your name?

SCP-XXXX :My name is ■■■■

Professor :Do you remember your origin?

SCP-XXXX :Yes, i was born in the village you found me though my family has always been outcasts.

Professor :And were you born with your anomaly?

SCP-XXXX :No actually, i wasnt. See my grandpa was a [REDACTED] and as a kid i always stuck around with him and admired his work, one day he gave me a [REDACTED] and the next day he just disappeared and never came back.

Professor :And this [REDACTED], do you still have it?

SCP-XXXX :No i left it home when you escorted me here, which is a nice change of scenery by the way, i like it here.

Professor :That will be all for today, thank you for your cooperation.

Closing statements: It seems SCP-XXXX's eyes has to be fully closed or out of view for the effect to be completely stopped however indirectly looking at it such as with cameras should be investigated further.
