Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4809 must be contained in a large, 15x15x15 meter steel box, with 1 recording device (similar to a Sony Handycam) on top of a tripod, at height level for SCP-4809. The door must be with a keypad with an 8-16 number lock on it. The subject must have ability to limited internet (able to stream YouTube or any other streaming program but must be on restricted mode) and paper and color pens that are erasable. CCTV cameras must also be implemented to watch SCP-4809 live. Audio and speakers must be disabled to prevent any personnel to be killed.
SCP-4809's containment chamber must be surrounded with holy water by an accepted priest of the highest order, and crosses must be around of every side outside of the containment chamber.
Description:
SCP-4809 is a humanoid creature and what appears to be a 14-year-old male, in 8th going on 9th grade, curly hair, and nothing out of the ordinary. However, when viewing with a Handycam, it is visible that another entity is following SCP-4809. It's been designated as SCP-4809-1. SCP-4809 is not hostile in any way, but upon contact with SCP-4809, with watching with the Handycam, SCP-4809-1 is hostile and attacks the person that SCP-4809 is in communications with.
SCP-4809-1 is never detached from SCP-4809 from physical contact unless surrounded my religious material (crosses, holy water, etc.)
Should SCP-4809-1 be following SCP-4809, any communication with SCP-4809 will result in a heart attack from 5 seconds to about 2 hours after the communications have ceased.
Addendum 4809.1: Interviews
Interview 4809-01 - 5/24/19
Interviewer: Dr. █████
Interviewee: SCP-4809[BEGIN LOG]
SCP-4809: …So… am I just, gonna sit here?
Dr. █████ arrived at this point.
SCP-4809: Oh. Another scientist guy. So… why am I here?
Dr. █████: SCP-4809, are you aware of your current condition?
SCP-4809: Besides the fact that I'm locked in some sort of containment chamber or whatever, not really.
Dr. █████: Do you know why you're here?
SCP-4809: No, not really?
Dr. █████: You have an anomalous entity following you wherever you go, it's already killed multiple of our security teams in order to contain you.
SCP-4809: [inhaling sharply] Yiiikes..
Dr. █████: Well, besides that, I'm just going to ask you a couple of questions to help you out, alright?
[At this point, some sort of whispering was occurring at the time.]
Dr. █████: What's that..?
SCP-4809-1: [Screeching]
[On the camera, SCP-4809-1 appeared to be coming out of the floor under SCP-4809.]
SCP-4809: Huh? This guy? Oh, he's just a scientist.
SCP-4809: Whaaat? I don't know about killing him just yet, maybe he could help us.
SCP-4809: Buddy, I know you're itching for blood, but if we can hit this just right, we could get some D-Class heading our way!
SCP-4809: Huh? You want special blood? Like from these scientists?
SCP-4809: Hmm.. I don't know… You know what, just kill him just this once.
[Dr. █████ was currently frozen in place, hiding on the side of the room from the sound]
Dr. █████: No! Please! PLEASE!! DON'T! I HAVE A FAMILY AN-
[Dr. █████ was unfortunately killed in the incident, and was apparently ripped to shreds from the camera. SCP-4809-1 disappeared again.]

Addendum 4809.02: Observation Logs
Observational Log 4809.OL.1 SUMMARY
Subject: SCP-4809
Preface: A test subject (D-917692) was sent into SCP-4809's containment cell.
Observation Notes: The test subject, when entered, looked at SCP-4809 drawing. SCP-4809 smiled and showed him his drawing. The subject gave SCP-4809 compliments regarding his art talent and said that he should make an online comic. This made SCP-4809 overjoyed and immediately started drawing with programs on the computer.
[1 hour later]
D-917692 was extracted for the containment chamber and seemed to be happy that he helped someone since his imprisonment. He died 3 minutes later of a heart attack, due to SCP-4809-1.
Observational Log 4809.OL.2 SUMMARY
Subject: SCP-4809
Preface: Dr. Shahla Bagheri, a psychiatrist near Site-██
Observation Notes: Dr. Shahla Bagheri entered the containment chamber, with SCP-4809 sitting on the computer provided playing a horror game. Dr. Shahla pulled him from the game and asked him a couple of questions regarding his condition. SCP-4809 was a little confused for a second, but eventually came around and answered all of them.
Dr. Shahla (before dying): This child is entirely normal — how is he classified as an SCP?After Dr. Shahla left the containment chamber and the door closed, she immediately suffered a stroke and was unable to recover. She died an hour later.
