Item #: SCP 4221 (The stone giant)
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4221 should be kept in liquid state matter at all times & walls, floors, ceilings of its containment facility must be made of a material which must have less fluid movement than iron.
Description: SCP 4221 appears to be a tall stone statue similar to those found on Chilean: Easter Island. After long periods of study this statue actually appears to be moving, however it is at such a fast time-state it appears to perceive matter at a completely different level. SCP 4221 was originally found swimming in ice because the ice particles appear to be flowing at a much quicker rate to it. In order to avoid inflicting SCP 4221 pain SCP 4221 must be kept in a liquid as to it a liquid appears to be more like a gas & a gas appears to be more like a plasma. This is also the reason why it never left *REDACTED*
Addendum: SCP 4221 was regionally found in *REDACTED* by a deep-sea exploration team. The team notified the foundation at *REDACTED* to lay claim that SCP 4221 was moving. After further investigation the team stated they where 'examining the statue for its origin when they noticed it was slowly moving'. SCP 4221 was originally moved to *REDACTED* in a standard containment chamber. It was soon noticed by doctors *REDACTED* that SCP 4221 was seaming to undergo 'visible pain'. It came soon to realisation that SCP 4221 needed to be kept in a liquid in order to maintain its welfare, so it was moved to *REDACTED* to be kept in a special liquid containment cell. Researchers are still testing to see the level of SCP 4221's intelligence. Doctors must continue to find the level of this creatures intelligence to see if it is alliable or hostile. Although it wouldn't be a big threat if it was hostile because foundation staff would be able to adapt to its attacks because of its time-perception.
