SPECIAL CONTAINMENT MEASURES
Site-239 is to be identified as a military base on all maps, and all satellite images taken from the area are to be altered in compliance with Procedure Rohndrey-76.1

If any civilian is caught near Site-239, they must be brought in for an examination and at the authority of the on-site supervisor, Class-B or Class-C amnestics could be administered.
The civilian in question is then moved off-site to their latest residence. SCP-5267-Prime can not be transferred to a site location due to its structure.
A ten-inch steel door encloses Prime's main entrance and core entrance, Eight sections of the tunnel are guarded by 3 MTF troops, each section is fortified with artillery, etc.
The landmass above is barred by security measures, and a cover-up story has been placed to adhere to normalcy and is monitored by personnel on duty.
Provisional Site-239 has been built around SCP-5297 and is to maintain the facade of a Kazakhstani military facility.
Site-239 refers to multiple foundation facilities that are established within SCP-5297-Prime to assess groundwork that is conveniently protected beyond a two-kilometer radius by electrified palisade fences, although the entities do not receive any long-term injuries for these fences are constructed to simply ward off the entities from foundation activity.
Mobile Task Force-Kilo Tango-22 (Dire Wolves) was formed for scouting duty. Beyond the 2-kilometer-radius Prime would be inspected for hostiles daily by KT-22.

Assaults by SCP-5267-A are to be handled by on-site medical staff using medications prescribed in Medical Chart 5267-A-1. Amputation of infected limbs is permitted in severe cases in which an infection is at risk.
If SCP-5267-A specimens become aggressive, security personnel are to react appropriately and incapacitate organisms in a non-fatal manner or simply neutralized depending on severity, any SCP-5267-A creatures that are captured, alive or dead, are to be loaded into Class 3 BCU storage containers to await relocation to either Site-36 or Site-91, where appropriate personnel is to hold operation.

DESCRIPTION
SCP-5297 designates an underground cavity located underneath Kazakhstan, measured to have a length of approximately 695,721.1km2 and a height of 304.8 meters.
SCP-5297 was previously estimated to be somewhat less, after the discovery of one another larger cavern two sub-stages were implemented4 during exploration due to the disparity between these two ecosystems.
Supporting populations of anomalous organisms. These species survive using compound B315-L as an alternative since no suitable source of water has been identified.

SCP-5297-Prime is a Holocene ecosystem underground cavity
with a land area of 59.1 km².
Its key biome is a Temperate Broadleaf Mixed Forest, situated 1 kilometer below,
50 kilometers west of Oral Kazakhstan, dated roughly around 17,000 B.C.E. on radiometric dating.

With a population of reptiles, insects, amphibians, the cavity houses a self-sustaining ecosystem, but the mammals are the most prosperous.
As the species are very predictable, the majority of affected individuals are considered docile, other than that, active creatures who wander around the vicinity of Prime are reasonably easy to monitor.
Insects are the only creatures without the compound's effects, but they nonetheless thrive.
Both plants and animals are based on the B315-L compound.
No sustainable water supply (H2O) has been found for

SCP-5267-ECHO is a cavity that comprises a Late-Mesozoic ecosystem and has an estimated area of 695,662 km². It was structured with an unspecified type of lining that gave ECHO formidable structural integrity in which foundation equipment was also not able to detect it, the light inside ECHO was measured at an average estimate from 50,000 lux-120,000 lux.
ECHO's crystals were known to emanate an orange hue which made the temperature in ECHO higher than Prime to sustain the reptilian population roughly around 42-degrees-Celcius.
ECHO was identified to sustain a population of reptile species that had previously been extinct, as seen on a reported account of several "Utahraptors" recovered during the recorded incident5 They were considered to be dependent on the compound.
ECHO's biome has been proposed as a tropical rainforest and desert, with reptiles, mainly populating various grassland states.
The estimated scale of ECHO is approximately 877,987 km2.
SCP-5267-A are individuals/organisms that are subsequently mutated by the compound with the capability to mutate sections to ascertain environmental/phycological requirements, typically using SCP-5267-A's intensely induced cells6, they produce from their bone marrow to enable, according to their will and supply, the regeneration of mutative capabilities produced primarily in the bone marrow.
Carnivorous SCP-5297-A have a preferred method in incapacitating prey in which is edified from mothers to juveniles7.
An excess of compound B315-L will not demonstrate any adverse effects. Instances of SCP-5297-A do not age naturally and will live on indefinitely if sustained with sustenance and a productive psychological state.

SCP-5267-A-18, is a dark coated, 1.94-meter Lynx-rufus (bobcat), as induced by compound B315-L, SCP-5267-A-1 possesses the distinct mandible to which is roughly 150% the original size with protruding lower canines, SCP-5267-A-1 possesses four ears, two sets of the skull and two on the mandible, As it has been observed to mutate at will the specimen is highly adaptable, but it is restricted by the amount of sustenance provided, but the capacity to do so has been inconsistent.

SCP-5297-B are crystals that reside on the inorganic hides of corpses susceptible to the compound, illuminating in a variety of colors up to 3000 lux, but a light-yellowish tint is the color most widely observed.
On an average day which is 15 hours, the crystals glow light of 2000 lux, a further 15 hours an absence of the light is shown which is the second period in which the crystals seldom show light, giving Prime a night and day cycle of roughly 30 hours.
SCP-5267-C are compound-B315-L modified plants that develop compound B315-L and spread from organic hides to normal soil. I required an assistant, I had Edward and Jim working, but I need someone, someone with the same experiences as me. That’s why I persuaded Jacqe to hire him.
On our exploit, the equipment informed us of the size of the cavity, the statistics suggest that the total length would be around that of the Manhattan island, as it would be as high as at least 200 meters!
The equipment showed signs of methane, oxygen, nitrogenous compounds, and carbon dioxide which may indicate the existence of water and flora.

Must be fungi, I thought in the morning after thinking about it overnight, which nonetheless made me more excited about the idea that the cave may be pent up with methane as I write!
It’s only a thought but there’s a high chance that it might be. Minutes later I went to Todd’s and told him about my theory about the cave having Saprotrophic fungi, Todd exited with my theory called Jim, and we went to have lunch at Edward’s. there we stayed speculating, theorizing, and talking about the cavity and its contents.
Three days later we concluded, that at some point in time it was a subterranean river, bringing spores underneath through the river, the spores grow.
And as the cave grew in size, the fungi grew in numbers until such time it became self-sustaining. The Saprotrophic mushrooms might have thrived to such extent that they evolved in the lack of light so when the river was enclosed and the contents remained self-sustaining, the dead fungi released methane and fungi drew on the dead fungi, as the cave was so massive the oxygen may not have been depleted and that’s how it stayed for years, until now.
Our plan was simple we drill a hole in the roof of the cavity, a plant above will suck the theorized methane, convert it through a series of complex machinery that turns the methane into electricity for the years to come, backup generators will be plugged if the output electricity will be too excessive.
We had planned this for months now.

It will work.It should have. We checked the machine, nothing was wrong, we decided to check the pipes.
Turns out the methane in the cave was not enough to power the generators, we decided to turn off the plant, jacqe enraged by this demanded that we would check the cave if anything in there might still be of use. Three days later, so here I am writing my journal, a few moments later Todd would come in and tell me that the equipment is ready.

Edward- it was a cluster of crystals, which seemed to emit an almost blinding light, similar to that of the sun being covered by a light cluster of clouds, we looked away in doing so we realized that the same crystals had thrived on the roof above, dr. Dravis wrote in his journal this time a little longer.
When we came to the facility’s door, we noticed an inscription on the side of the door, it seemed to be in German, we opened the door, but what we saw sir only strengthened the mysteryMercer- How so?

Edward- we opened the door and saw three Nazi skeletons aside a crate of rations, in the other side of the room a table filled with tools, syringes, wrenches, rusted microscopes, and two doors leading to rooms, as we opened the first room we saw that it had a broken glass window between the two rooms "the observation room, or the testing chamber?", I thought, it was empty though and had bullet holes and claw marks, when we opened the other room, inside was a mess, broken tables chairs, heaps of ammunition were everywhere, some parts of the walls had bullet holes, but the thing that caught our attention was in the far corner
Mercer- what was it?
Edward- it was a skeleton of a tiger or a lion but definitely of a cat’s, a cat the size of one and a half tigers, it had bullet holes in the cat’s head, spine, and limbs, two or four ribs were shattered, but some of the bullet holes showed rapid healing as we saw some of the bullets were pushed from the bone, its head was something out from a horror film, the skull had two canines protruding from the lower jaw like that of a wild boar, its lower jaw was the size of its skull, it had a casing underneath, similar to that of its cranium, and if it were the skull it lacked a nasal cavity, and eye sockets, we opened the mandible a few minutes later and discovered that it was hollow, with its contents dried out, containing God knows what
Mercer- I see, what else did you see in the room?
Edward- well, we saw a Nazi soldier’s skeleton ripped in half, near his hand a rifle, the other skeleton was a Nazi scientist holding a journal with its ribs and spine shattered, the journal however German we still saw several illustrations and diagrams of skeletons of animals with the same distinct mandible, other illustrations show these animals with skin and had four ears, two on the top and two on the bottom.
Mercer- how did you determine those skeletons to be Nazis?

I hesitantly opened the door, but as I opened it, armed men immediately went in and electrocuted us to the ground.

After the interview I'd hate to express that the certificates were forged as the original process would take months, Jacqe told the police about the “accident”, but the police will still investigate, so we delivered amnestics and convinced them that they were dead men.
Drs. Dravis and Edward seem to be submissive and seemingly willing enough to serve the foundation but I should never act on hollow promises, the compound within the cavity is large and sufficient enough to conduct research and provide accommodation, however, the renovation will be made by the brothers I had sent four handpicked agents namely agents Ross, James, Daniel, and Oliver alongside the Cortes brethren Drs. Derrick, Brooks, and Chase, to monitor, help and protect Dravis and Edward on their exploits, they also brought military and scientific equipment with two weeks’ worth of supplies, as nothing inside the cavity needs to be used, yet it's nature compels us to use the compound as an advantage.

Edward- well in the first few days we started translating and decrypting, with the help of sirs Brooks and Chase, the journal was both translated and decrypted in the first 32 hours of work.

Edward- it seems that in 1939, in the middle of the Third Reich, a couple of scientists stumbled upon this cave, they then built this compound to observe and experiment on the creatures, the German scientists claim that these creatures had adaptive improvements, the journal claims that the writer observed their adaptive capabilities on multiple tests, one such account claims that a rabbit had been cut through the waist and overnight a new set of limbs and reproductive organs complete with flesh, bones, skin, and hair emerged underneath,

Edward- well the life expectancy of creatures increased to such extent that they may live farther than expected,
Derrick- then what is the life expectancy?

Edward- well it is but a liquid-based compound that gives glands that produce highly intelligent cells that can morph into any cell the body so needs, and are devoted to the survival of the creature.

Edward- nothing, it seemed to be the end of the journal, it broke through the glass and attacked the men, as it seems, they had tried to terminate it using a machine gun, a sturmgewehr 44 to be precise, later the cat may have squashed the scientist’s ribs, and clawed, or had bitten through the gunner, but with the injuries the gunner inflicted, the subject just went to a corner where it sat dying until we found its remains.
Derrick- and the soldiers in the lounge?
Edward- knowing that their scientist and a comrade had fallen, going back would not be an option since they will be deemed as incompetents, so they bombed their tunnel enclosing themselves, and partook a lethal dose of cyanide in the lounge.

Edward- but the compound had a catch
Derrick- how so?
Edward- when a creature is exposed to the compound for more than thirteen months it will start being dependent, dependent on the compound.
They literally won’t live without the compound, and when they wouldn’t be exposed to the compound, they would immediately die, after death, they will start growing a hide based on what the creature last ate, if the creature ate organic objects such as wood, leaves, flesh, and animals they would start to grow an organic hide where a variety of genetically augmented plants and in some cases trees would grow that would produce the compound as a byproduct through pores in their roots,

There had been a breach, a boar dependent to the compound had grown into 6 meters in length, which climbed across the walls with its mutated limbs and went inside the tunnel Todd and his colleagues made all those years ago, and was running upwards to the cave’s entrance, personnel above are trying to hold a barrier to stop the boar, in such short notice that the staff knew that they were not enough, but they held their ground knowing the price incompetence would have to pay.
I, Dr. Brooks, agent Ross, agent Oliver, Dr. Dravis, and Dr. Todd went to a high-pressure elevator that goes to the speed of a hundred meters per second, once at the desired level we went towards the buggies dr. Todd developed in case of a breach, we ran towards a buggy agent Oliver drove whilst I and agent Ross handled two machine guns on the buggy, as we went pursuit we shot the boar’s legs again and again but the boar never flinched on such firearms, moments later Drs. Dravis and Todd followed pursuit Dravis radioed that the hide of the boar was too thick to shoot, he told us to get some grenades at the storage box on our seats, we took some grenades and threw them at the boar Oliver got one lucky shot as the grenade exploded at the boar’s chest, and we saw the boar’s exposed ribcage, the boar stopped, turned around and ran towards us it was about forty feet from us, just before Todd and Dravis used automatic grenade launchers to shoot the 6 meter boar till the boar was nothing more than charred meat lying on the ground, but knowing that the boar might still regenerate Todd attached a flame thrower to his buggy and started to set the boar on fire again until the bones were black in color, and would crumble when Dravis stepped on its skull, when that was done Todd told Ross and Oliver to smash the remaining pieces of charred bone, they did as they were told, after that I reported to the men above via radio that the threat was now neutralized and ordered a group alongside Oliver to follow the cleanup procedure Dravis formed a few weeks ago and to rebuild the metal gate which the boar smashed through

the wall on our right burst open, dust rocks and debris were flying around the place, Oliver immediately called backup, and Daniel shot out an electric net,
but before he could set his gun, three arrows flanged through his chest, with a loud grunt he knelt, out came from the dust of clouds a cry of anger echoed around us followed by three armed hairy figures riding on horseback, but instead of horses they rode on biped reptilian creatures similar to fossil-reptiles specifically Mesozoic, we watched in horror as Oliver turned his gun to 6000-Voltz and shot out short bursts at the attackers a hundred feet away,
Edward quickly took an electric handgun at his side, the foundation developed a few months ago, and began shooting the three figures, Oliver successfully shot down a rider and its dino, Edward shot another dino down, the rider jumped off and ran towards us, I then shot the rider with my gun down, Oliver aimed at the third dino and shot, but at the same time the rider jumped a few feet in the air and threw a menacing spear with such strength that it went through Oliver with such speed that the spear landed a few feet behind Oliver with this the attacker produced a blade from his side just before, ZAPP, Daniel stood and shot down the figure that it hardened and fell, unconscious,
Daniel reported to his radio saying that the threat had been counteracted and that we needed a truck and a few more men for backup, he finished and pulled out the three arrows in his chest, with a loud grunt his wounds healed, with that we helped Oliver stand and when he stood I saw his cells working to heal his chest in action a few seconds later his injury healed,
we stood and as the dust cleared we saw another cavity, we tied down the creatures and I and Edward confirmed that the creatures up close were affected by the compound, we tied them up, afterward, we looked at the interior of the cavity, there were no more instances of additional hostiles, and as we looked there were no more additional instances to take care of, the cavity was almost like that of Prime but with differences,
among such were that the cavity was far larger than prime, down the slope we saw were multiple instances of lakes, rivers, forests, and in the distance were multiple huts that looked like a native village in Africa, next we noticed before backup came were instances of B’s, with multiple hues of orange, yellow, red, and as we looked closer instances of blue, and white.
Backup came and they brought the instances on the truckload I told them to install a campsite with personnel, the location would be camped by guards, a few weeks-time I will construct a facility between the two cavities, to better learn of the additional cavity which will be named SCP-ECHO, the instances earlier were confirmed to be instances of SCP-1000 riding what I confirm to be instances of Utahraptor ostrommaysi, which were the only known member of the family Utahraptor ostrommaysi, which is the largest known member of the family Dromaeosauridae in the Mesozoic era, both instances of which are dependent on the compound; the Utahraptors are to be transferred to site-96 and the dependent instances of 1000 would stay in Prime’s facility for a momentary examination, the foundation was always cold and heartless, but never cruel

I have read the journal, and the staff at the site specifically Todd and his associates directed a hypothesis that in speculation that the scarlet king had the horsemen (as the number is inconsistent), and the horsemen could never die, as they are spirits that possess another body after their own would perish at chance after death, after possession, during this period they will retain the memories of the possessed due to a curse by an unknown source but after a series of mental interaction with surviving horsemen, they will retain their apocalyptical goals no matter how specialized their possessed memories' philosophy can be therefore their goal can never be stopped, only extended, with this they enhance the host's capabilities to an extent that causes havoc.
