Description: SCP-XXXX is a hardcover book, measuring 30 cm x 27 cm, containing 360 blank pages when inactive. It contains no writing or any discerning characteristics on its cover or pages, with the exception of the phrase "This diary belongs to" printed on the center of the first page. When any subject's name is written on this page SCP=XXXX fills itself with extensive info regarding the subject's medical record, including but not limtied to: bruises, broken bones, contusions, concussions, infections, missing limbs and tumors.
The text was found to be written on the subject's own language and handwriting, using a formal impartial tone, and reveals several details about their location and actions around the time they were wounded. Through preliminary exams it was determined that the ink used as text is composed of the writer's blood. Thus that person usually experiences blood-loss related weakness after writing their name.
Any person reading a passage of the text or hearing an auditory version of it suffers from an ailment identical to the one described. If the name is erased or if no one interacts with it for one(1) hour, SCP-XXXX returns to its inactive state. See Addendum A for more info on the item's properties and testing.
