Special Containment Procedures: [Item SCP-6000 is to be contained in straitjacket in a thick padded lead and sound proof room under constant surveillance. Security personnel will check cameras every 30 minutes to see if the Electro Magnetic Pulses has disabled the video surveillance cameras. If so, video surveillance will be restarted and Security personnel will execute of checking the doors and prepare for the lockdown drill.

Description: [SCP-6000 Is a unknown humanoid entity which looks like a normal male human being. It has every aspect of a human being, It's 6'1 feet tall (185,4 cm), about the same size as an average man. SCP-6000 has several differences from human beings. It has a smile which is inhumanly large, its smile can open approximately (3) times larger compared to average human smile, and it is almost constantly laughing. The constant laughter of the entity has damaged its jaw's blood vessels which are causing frequently internal bleeding, making its grin look sinister and dark. It feels pain, but the pain does not stop it from laughing. It has been reported that the pain and the joy only reinforces its laughter. Entity's eyes are glowing in the dark and shows no signs of colors, its laughter can be approximately 80 to 98 decibels units which sometimes can cause small waves of Electro Magnetic Pulses. Researchers studied SCP-6000 and came to the conclusion that SCP-6000 suffers from a Pseudobulbar affect (PBA) which is caused by brain trauma. This affect is responsible of the laughter of SCP-6000 suffers from, commonly seen in personality disorders. Researchers also found out SCP-6000 laughter has made 5 researchers go insane with its laughter and made them also laugh uncomfortably and after 3 hours of laughter, suffocate on their own laughter.

SCP-6000 skin is mixture of neutral colors such as gray, white and black. The only area of color is the entity's mouth which is red from the blood of the entity's jaw's
excrete. Entity also shows high intelligence and psychological skills such as manipulation when its not laughing. SCP-6000 has been reported to be superficially charming and cunning in some of the interviews. SCP-6000 has no medical records or no proofs of existence. SCP-6000 shows no signs of body hair. SCP-6000 finger tips are sharpened which may cause injure or even death, should be dealt with caution. SCP-6000 wears white suit which has turned red over time from some of the areas / Cause : SCP-6000's jaw's excretes blood.

There has been reported to be only 7 cases when entity has stopped laughing and it has communicated with the Foundation Interviewers [CLASSIFIED DATA].

If SCP-6000 escapes its cell, it may cause lights to flicker or even in rare cases turn the lights off from the whole Foundation. In one case when SCP-6000 escaped his cell he killed 3 Security personnel with ██████, it has been also reported to effect his laughter to his victims and make their psyche go insane slowly. It can cause depression and paranoia. To avoid any human casualties, SCP-6000 should be under heavy observation. SCP-6000 should be considered to be Alpha priority if it escapes. ]
