First SCP

Special containment procedures: SCP-4146 must be kept in a 50cm by 50cm acrlyilic box and kept at least 100 meters away from the nearest electrical energy source.
Trained personnel when moving or testing with SCP-4146 must not have any electrical equipment on them and must have rubber gloves when handling the SCPs containment box.

Description: SCP-4146 aperance looks like a state of the ordinary house fan being only 45cm high and 45cm wide. However it does not have to be plugged in, inorder for it to work. It has the ability to power itself with electricity from anywhere in it's 100 meter radis. When powered those who have it's brease make contact with them they will amediatly become depressed and have anxiety of everything around them and they will stay like this untill SCP-4146 has powered off. No testing with SCP-4146 have been committed by any personel.

Addendum: Circumstances of Retrieval: SCP-4146 was first discovered on ◼/◼/19◼◼. The Foundation became involved after reports were obtained from the neighbors of the household in which first housed SCP-4146 as they stated that they would only be depressed when the fan was on. When sycatrits where sent and they too came depressed the Foundation new something was going on.
