Description: SCP-XXXX is an ordinary piece of parchment paper that manifests in the third drawer of Researcher Maria Lamina' s desk everyday at exactly 12:00 A.M. containing varying sensitive information regarding Foundation operations as well as occasional information regarding various Groups of Interest, such as The Global Occult Collation and Marshal Carter and Dark Ltd.
SCP-XXXX is able to communicate with another dimension similar to our own with the exception in being caught in an alternating time loop Time Loop. See Addendum-1 for more detail.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX has been observed to change forms varying from a package to a small electronic tablet. Data recovered from SCP-XXXX will respond to stimuli in the cycle following the stimuli. A bleeding affect has been observed when handled for extended period of time.
