Object Class: Safe/Keter when it possesses someone.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5 x 5 white room on a white pillar and a room full of crosses and bright lights to be placed everywhere in the room pointing directly at the object. An Exorcist is to perform an Excorsism every 24 hours and a Priest also to perform an Excorsism every 42 hours.
Description: The staff is a staff made out of a material that has not either been discovered or not of this world. An unknown gem at the top of the staff and thick rough wood spiraling up the staff.
Once a subject holds the staff it seems they become possessed their eyes to go a dark red and loses all forms of thought. They seem to speak an unknown language when they are possessed. The staffs "cage" above the gem opens revealing the gem fully and it starts to glow. The user seems to have immense power and can use a number of spells. For example, Summoning the dead, Mind Control, and Teleportation. This power lasts 10 minutes once the 10 minutes end they go brain dead losing all control of their body and their organs shut down one by one.
Discovery: The staff was found in Salem, Massachusets in the Witch House buried under the dirt behind the house. The SCP Foundation has been getting reports of mysterious activities where the staff was found. When the staff was found they found a stone tablet with language that was not known of.
Addendum-XXXX-1: You can not damage the staff in any way, shape, or form. The Foundation tried burning it, Putting it in magma, And feeding it to SCP-682 and SCP-682 didn't even put a scratch on it. If the subject is possessed and you can take the staff away it is possible that you can put a scratch on it or even damage it.

Addendum-XXXX-3: The staff cannot possess you if you're wearing protection on your hand like a glove or a form of protection that's covering your hand.
