Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX currently has no way of being contained, as it moves to fast to be trapped. SCP-XXXX must be contained in a 7x7 ft steel, mirror lined container at all times. SCP-XXXX's container is fitted with ultraviolet scanners and motion detecotors to ensure it is in containment at all times.SCP-XXXX is to never be let out of containment due to recontainment likely being impossible. When SCP-XXXX is let out of containment, it is lured to its temporary container, also lined with mirrors, by a distressed D-Class personnel. No unauthorized foundation personnel, especially those who have faced serious loss or regret, may enter SCP-XXXX's container. Unauthorized personnel who attempt to enter SCP-XXXX's container with be given one warning, and if personnel continues, they will be terminated.
Description: SCP-XXXX cannot be filmed or recorded in any way. Descriptions of SCP-XXXX, dubbed Loki, vary drastically. SCP-XXXX's true form is a small, weak source of ultra violet light that attempts to "haunt" nearby humans. SCP-XXXX has supernatural properties that cause those who directly view it to hallucinate. Viewers of SCP-XXXX see a horrific humanoid manifestation of a deep regret or fear they have. Common forms SCP-XXXX has taken include: Burn Victims; Crying Children; A Monster Made of Used Needles; Most Humanoid SCPs
Addendum: SCP-XXXX causes viewers to hallucinate one of SCP-XXXX's seemingly infinite forms. SCP-XXXX claims to be the trickster god, Loki, and acts superior to all others. SCP-XXXX is attracted to individuals that are upset, and can sense distress from up to 3 miles away. Those affected by SCP-XXXX stand still for about five seconds before collapsing to the floor. Those who survive SCP-XXXX's attack ramble about how there was a powerful presence that remind them of something they fear. SCP-XXXX forces its victim to dream horrific images, which usually lead to the victims death. These dream last atleaast one day, but can last for up to a week. MRI scans of SCP-XXXX victims depict erratic and unnatural brain function. UV scanners show that SCP-XXXX actually stays inside the victim's body during the nightmare, allowing personnel to attempt to contain SCP-XXXX.
