Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4086 is to be contained in a 10 by 10 meter holding cell. The Cell is to have a minimum of 15 lux at all times.

Description: Found at ████████,Canada in 20██ then moved to site ██ before being moved again to site ██ in 2019. SCP - 4086 is a shadowy humanoid apparition appearing at 1.9 meters in height and with no limbs and stretches from any ground it is currently standing on. SCP - 4086's head completely lacks eye sockets, nasal cavities, however the anomaly does form with a broken lower jaw in two pieces split perfectly in two. SCP - 4086 is extremely hostile to all lifeforms.

During all instances of lux going below 13 and lifeforms are within the containment cell, SCP - 4086 immediately biting into the base of the skull
