Special Containment Procedures: [SCP 4991 is incorporeal and cannot be contained by normal methods. An electromagnetic blast of 600 tera-watts is to be emitted every 6 days from 4 pylons at the borders of the forest grove (15 square kilometers) designated Site 618 which SCP 4991 and it's instances inhabit. 3 cows are to be released into the forest on a bi weekly bases. If the caresses number over 250 extraction of those carcasses may begin. Personnel require level 4 clearance or above to carry out this procedure. All personnel must be armed with low power pylons capable of delivering 300 watts off electricity.]

Description: [SCP 4991 appears to be a highly malnourished theropod dinosaur of the species Achillobator giganticus. It, behaves and lives like a non anomalous version aside from the fact that it is incorporeal, save for its teeth (upon further investigation it can materialize parts of its body seemingly at will), it does not need oxygen, it does not defecate or urinate, its eyes are replaced with Lumex Green LEDs, and it can "conjure" smaller versions of its self designated SCP 4991-x up to the number "summoned" respectively. These smaller versions appear to be entirely under 4991's control and can be dismissed at will. They do not however bare LEDs in place of their eyes, it is unknown if these replications can themselves divide. SCP 4991 can pass through objects at will yet can be completely destabilized by extremely high level of electromagnetic waves. Upon destabilization SCP 4991 will reappear in the center of its forest grove sleeping. It takes between 15-20 minutes for 4991 to awaken.

SCP 4991 was brought to the attention of the foundation when reports of missing people being found with strange lacerations and torn jugulars in Homer Alaska were uncovered by a foundation member under cover as a local deputy.]

Addendum: [As of incident 216 Sigma all electrical devices present at site 618 are not to be removed.

Incident 216 Log: on 10/16/16 all electrically powered objects at site 618 transformed into SCP 4991-1 through 46. During the incident 13 on site personnel and 6 D Class personnel were fatally mauled before the instances reverted to their initial non anomalous state.]
