Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4??? is currently housed at Site-19. SCP-4??? is to be kept in a 5 x 6 meter cell with no windows, furnished with a bed, a nightstand, two (2) bookcases, a writing desk with one (1) personal computer, and an attached bathroom with shower. Bedsheets are to be changed weekly. Bathroom has been stocked according to subject's requests (within limits set by overseeing researchers) and is to be restocked as needed. New books for shelves are allotted upon request with permission from overseeing researchers. Two staff members of at least Level 2 security are to be stationed at SCP-4???'s room when it is inside in order to monitor SCP-4??? and ensure that it does not attempt to escape. In addition, six (6) cameras are in hidden locations in SCP-4???'s cell; their locations are to be changed on a biweekly basis. Any interruption or change in video or audio feed is to be reported to overseeing researchers immediately.

When outside of this cell, subject is allowed to roam Site-19 along specific pathways, provided that it is kept in handcuffs at all times, and never more than two (2) meters away from an assigned level-2 staff member with at least one (1) concealed firearm capable of terminating SCP-4???. Subject may not interact with other SCPs unless they are of the "Safe" class, during a testing session, or alternate facilitated interaction provided the interaction is heavily monitored and facilitated by at least one (1) armed guard personnel.

Subject is allotted use of Site-19's indoor gymnasium between 1300-1800 hours. At least two (2) armed Foundation personnel must be in the indoor gymnasium at this time. Other Foundation personnel are allowed in the gymnasium when SCP-4??? is, provided they have shown in-depth comprehension of its anomalous properties and understand the presence of its armed escort. More armed personnel may be added upon request of other Foundation personnel using the gymnasium.

SCP-4??? is to be fed up to four meals per day, provided with a daily multivitamin, and given its allotted probiotic and stimulant, both taken for medical reasons described below.

SCP-4??? is currently enrolled in an online school and has permission to ask select Foundation personnel for assistance with classwork or homework. Foundation personnel are allowed to deny SCP-4???'s request for assistance or tutoring, but it would be appreciated if personnel would assist SCP-4??? when requested due to its major positive effects on SCP-4???'s psychological state.

SCP-4???'s birth parents, █████ Lemaitre and [DATA EXPUNGED] Weiss-Lemaitre, are under the pretense that SCP-4??? is attending the Stanton College Preparatory for Exceptional Young Ladies. This is to be reinforced by light amnestics reapplied on a biweekly basis and regular conversations between select Foundation personnel, posing as teachers, and Mr. Lemaitre & Mrs. Weiss-Lemaitre via phone, text, and video conferencing. Subject is allowed to communicate with peers and parents via electronic mail, text-based messaging software, video conferencing, social media, et cetera, but is aware that all of its Internet usage is heavily monitored, and that attempting to escape from Site-19 or alert others that it is being detained in Site-19 will result in severe punishment.

• SCP-4??? is to be put in a .5m x 2m locked iron case, furnished with 2 cameras on the inside. The case is to be buried 3m underground in an indisclosed location on Site-19.
• SCP-4??? is to be put in a .5m x 2m locked iron case, furnished with 2 cameras on the inside. The case is to be buried 6m underground in different indisclosed location on Site-19.⁶
• SCP-4??? is to be put in a straightjacket and muzzle with three (3) heavy iron chains tied over its body, with four (4) padlocks of different models and methods of unlocking tying them together. SCP-4??? is then to be placed in a .5m x 2m locked iron case, filled with water, with two (2) different locks and a lead chain wrapped around the case, with the iron chain's padlock being of a different model than any lock used previously. The case is then to be suspended 45 meters in the air via steel cable, oriented so that SCP-4???'s head is facing downwards with its legs above it, in one of the unused 100m x 100m Large Multi-Purpose Rooms (LMPR) located beneath Site-19. SCP-4??? is to receive a full search by a female staff member⁷⁸ before being contained to check for any lockpicks, hairpins, keys, et cetera. SCP-4??? is to have cameras in the LMPR and inside the locked case, as well as motion sensors on the steel cable suspending the locked case.

Description:
SCP-4???¹¹ appears to be a human female, reportedly 16.8 years old at the time of writing, 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in) tall, and weighing 65.77 kg (145 lbs). Subject is in the 99th percentile nationwide for IQ and SAT scores; it is also one of the 2% of the human population with green eyes, as well as one of the 84% of the human population with dark brown hair.

Subject has stated to suffer from cystic acne and mild Attention Deceit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), both of which have been confirmed through Foundation testing and have treatments detailed in containment procedures above. Aside from the aforementioned conditions, SCP-4??? is physically and mentally healthy, maintaining an active lifestyle and not suffering from any major mood disorders.

It has been determined through DNA testing to be a direct descendant of the early 20th-century magician Erik Weisz, a.k.a. Harry Houdini. This lineage has been hypothesized to be a possible basis of SCP-4???'s anomalous property. When placed into a form of containment that not instantly fatal or requires the ability to manipulate spacetime on a large scale to escape from, SCP-4??? will get out. It has been theorized that SCP-4??? can manipulate matter on a small scale without noticing, is capable of creating lockpicks and keys from air, or is just ridiculously lucky.

- Obviously I'm going to change the names of the good doctors Placeholder and Assfart. Eventually.
- Despite being a teenager with an anomalous property, Tally isn't a member of GAW, nor is she interested in them; she's lightly conservative in her political views (doesn't care much about politics) and doesn't play any video games.
- Very clever, but tends to overestimate own intelligence a lot. Considers her anomalous property not as useful as her brain.
- Thinks the Foundation is cool and wants to help them out. Had a fairly boring life before she was taken into Foundation custody, always wanted to make a difference in the world. Also loves approval from authority figures.
- Related to Houdini through her mother's side; her dad is French. Speaks French at home and Hebrew because of Jewish camp.
- May switch from "teenage girl whose anomalous property is inability to be contained" to "framed photograph of Harry Houdini whose anomalous property is inability to be contained". Kinda like teenage girl concept though, mostly because I think Tally is a really good name that doesn't get used often enough, but also because I love the idea of an adorkable teenage girl thinking she's in a coming-of-age store when she's actually in a horror story.
- Tally has a HUGE crush on one of the researchers that's assigned to help her. Absolute puppy love. Aforementioned researcher is however a Foundation researcher and has probably clubbed many baby seals to get data.
- As said above, thinks she's in a coming-of-age story instead of a horror story. Is in for a VERY rude awakening sooner or later.))
