SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
The Ensorcerer must be contained in an underground facility, staffed by only high ranking researchers and personell, and only class D personell are permitted to attend to the entity. The entity known as "The Ensorcerer" must be held at the,████████ underground facility at ████, ████. SCP- 0000 is to be contained in a 5X5 meter reinforced steel cell with two armed guards in front of the reinforced steel door. SCP- 0000 is allowed various human pastimes, including various books and magazines in it's cell but no more than this is allowed, unless taken up with the correct authorities, SCP-0000, can also be allowed a desk and a bed.
DESCRIPTION
SCP-0000 is a humanoid entity with the appearance of a middle aged male. SCP-0000 has the following facial features, black hair, black facial hair, blue eyes, a rather athletic build. SCP- 0000 wears a dark blue robe and leather accessories like gloves, belts and boots the entity also has various gold jewelry including rings and a necklace, the entity for the most part seems to be benevolent in nature but this fact is still under study. SCP-0000 can create various effects with his hands including creating fire, ice, lightning/electricity, SCP-0000 can also create illusory effects among other things. The strangest thing about SCP-0000 is that occasionally it will summon a large book out of thin air and will proceed to write in it [see addendum 0000-1] this will usually be after personell have interviewed the entity.

Agent ██████: yes but they are a fictional concept made for entertainment.
SCP-0000: ah indeed
Agent ██████: what do you write in that book that you make appear out of thin air
SCP-0000: its my research once i have enough i will plane shift back to whence i came.
Agent ██████: thank you for your time, guards please escort SCP-0000 back to it's cell

Agent ██████: so what is the limit of your powers?
SCP-0000: my powers? oh my abilities, well as a sorcerer i weave the fabric of time and space and a third fabric of which the multiverse is made up of called the weave. i pluck at the strings of the weave to create the desired effects, these are usually called spells. as for the limit, there really is no limit to what a sorcerer could do, i can destroy your entire planet if i wanted. there are others who can access the weave who do have limits to their power, for example mages.
Agent ██████: why cant i access the weave or cast spells.
SCP-0000: my plain is ten times older than your universe humans have evolved to access the weave and create these effects way before you ever will.
Agent ██████:hmm interesting, so can you just escape from your containment whenever you want
SCP-0000: no i am unaware of a spell that will allow me to do that. but i can shift to my plain then back to this planet at a random location however that will take alot of energy and i may not survive the ordeal
