General Idea: SCP-5795 seems to be a kitten on fire but upon closer inspection is actually made of fire.

Features: SCP-5795s temperature changes depending on its mood. All "bad emotions" other than anger or frustration can lower its temperature, but all "good emotions" can increase it (anger increases it a lot.) SCP-5795s temperature affects the speed in which time travels within a 10Km radius. Its temperature divided by 1000 = how much faster time travels than normal. once time starts slowing or speeding up it is very noticeable and caused panic in a large number of towns in Australia, as it lived in Western Australia.

Containment Procedure: If released the being that released it will be immediately terminated. It is easily re contained as it can be lured by a trail of kitten treats (preferably heated.)

Potential Problems and How To Fix Them: If angered, excited, scared or discouraged it will be calmed by SCP-457 will be brought into the room as it calms SCP-5795 very quickly.
