Item #: SCP-5615

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5615 is currently contained in Section 47 of Site ██. Section 47 consists of the 445 Wing, which is a 7.8m x 1.7m x 1.9m hallway, and Office 8W, which is a 2.6m x 2.9m x 1.9m room. The outside of the walls, floor, and ceiling are lined with compressed silver sheets that are constantly charged with 2 kilowatts of electricity. Two office computers are located in Office 8W, and are used as the primary source of contact with subject.

Description: SCP-5615 is an anomalous entity that is estimated to be 1.2m tall1. Subject constantly stores 0.63 kilowatts of electricity in its body and has been recorded storing up to 1.12 kilowatts of electricity. Subject uses an unknown method of discharging electricity to refract any light around it, rendering it invisible. Because of this discharging method, the air around subject within a 12cm radius is electrically charged with 0.9 kilowatts.

Subject can transfer its body into electricity. Subject can use this ability to transfer itself into an object with an electrical current. Subject can also "squeeze" itself through solid matter when in its electrical state.2 The density of a solid object can affect subject's initial speed of moving through solid objects. Subject is unable to transfer itself into an electric current with 1.38 or more kilowatts. When transferring into an electrical current that is passing through a data-storage processor, subject can alter the data being processed or stored.

SCP-5615-1 is a memetic anomaly that affects anyone who remembers data that SCP-5615 has altered. Anyone who remembers the altered data will forget its original contents and instead remember the altered contents. This anomaly affects both physical and digital data that is altered by SCP-5280.

Addendum 5615-A: An SCP-5615-like anomaly was theorized on █/█/2008 when vital information regarding SCP-████ was altered. This was discovered after █ security personnel and researcher ██████ died because they could not perform the proper containment procedure or remember the anomaly of SCP-████ during its testing. 3 more instances like this ensued. On █/█/2008, multiple security cameras located in Office 4C recorded a visual anomaly entering and exiting multiple computers and violently moving around Office 4C. MTF Mu-4 "Debuggers" was initially dispatched to contain subject.

Addendum 5280-B:

Addendum 5280-C: SCP-5280 escaped 10 hours after its containment via traveling through the cell wall. Subject then found the physical and digital documents regarding itself. Subject then altered both documents and proceeded to leave. However, Dr. Coleman had subject's description and anomaly data on an external USB drive that was unaltered. This information was relayed to an MTF, who proceeded to restrain subject by using flamethrowers filled with argon gas. A specialized containment cell was made for subject, which is currently being used for subject's containment.
