Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4716-1 or SCP-4716-2 is not to have any photography taken of it. SCP-4716-1 is to be kept within a Foundation Approved Interrogation Chamber within Site-03. If requesting to walk around Site-03, SCP-4716 should have two (2) minimum Level-3 Security Personnel escorting with handcuffs of the titanium material on all persons guarding. SCP-4716-2 is to be kept within Light Containment Material Holding and the location of such should be kept away from SCP-4716-1. Events of SCP-4716-TA or SCP-4716-NB should be reported immediately to Site Administrators or Security Control as to give further evacuation instructions.
Description: SCP-4716-1 is a Caucasian female with the age of twenty two (22) years. SCP-4716-1 has eyes that represent gray or silver, and when asked, SCP-4716-1 said that they could see, representing a possible anomaly or special genetic affect. SCP-4716-1 has given history of previous life, saying that they have a family of one sibling and one alive parent, along with one deceased parent. SCP-4716-1 is able to encase entities in ice, including SCPs (see SCP-4716-NB-1). SCP-4716-1 is also able to run at an immense speed of which is estimated to be eighty (80) miles per hour (~128 km/hr).
SCP-4716-2 is a weapon which takes the form of a scythe, a compactible weapon, or a sniper rifle which can take fifty (50) caliber bullets. Special 'ammo' as acclaimed by SCP-4716-1 which has called it her 'weapon' was also found on her during time of Containment. SCP-4716-2 is capable of blasting an entity to as far as fifteen (15) miles away from previous standing point. While SCP-4716-2 is in hands of SCP-4716-1, an instance of SCP-4716-1-TA is allowed to be called unless a test requires such for this type of item.
