Scp-7830 is an anomalous steel-like materiel that can be given various elemental properties. Its density, texture, and all features are the exact same as steel. The ore can be found in small quantities deep underground, and has been found to be less common then diamonds. After further investigation, it has been found to form over time about 15-17 miles below the surface from any anomalous objects at a rate of about 1 meter of ore per hour.
When forged into metal, subjects will hear quiet whispers coming from the metal. These whispers are instructions for the "Infusion" of the object, and instruct you to do the following (The instructions have been simplified from what they would normally be):
1: Forge the metal into a lethal form, most commonly the blade of a sword or a knife.
2:"Infuse" it by doing any one of the following: Making it come in contact with any form of electricity, putting it in temperatures of 200+ or higher Degrees Fahrenheit or -50 degrees Fahrenheit, or being in a 10 meter radius of any mammal dying.
Depending on the method used in step 2, the properties will be different. The 4 types of properties are known as "Electricity", "Fire", "Ice", and "Decay". The properties will apply when the creator of the weapon has a desire to use the object and will stop the same way.
