Per 
SCP-XXXX was first discovered in Valentine's Day of 2019, when the Mexican goverment reported to the foundation several lifeless bodies from humans that were found close to The Tajin ruins in Veracruz, the bodies that were found are all dried up like if they died from dehydration with pale skins and bleeding eyes. There was also rare instances of dead trees found on The Tajin ruins which's leafs have all been gone and the trunk is all decayed and rotten.
The foundation decided to use MTF Rho-13-A and MTF Rho-13-B ("Deadly Boys") in order to contain the creature, when MTF Rho-13-A arrived to enter the Tajin ruins, at first they thought that the anomaly was gonna be easy to contain, but they quickly figured out that the anomaly was going to be more difficult that they thought.
The team started to attack the anomaly by shooting at it, but the anomaly not only was it able to tank the shots, but also regenerate all of it's wounds caused by the shots of the MTF. After the anomaly regenerated all of it's wounds, the anomaly became enraged and it used it's right arm to summon somekind of a energy spear, the spear had a indigo colouring with a dark purple sparks around the aura of the spear, when the anomaly created it's spear, it's enraged attacked started. In this enraged attack, the anomaly was not only able to stab through three members of MTF Rho-13-A, killing them in the process, but also has cut the arm of another member task force.
While one of the members of the MTF was able to flinch the anomaly, the only thing that he did was to make the anomaly even angrier, the anomaly somehow was able to propel itself in the air to the direction of the member that shot it's head and grabbed the member by the neck, and after it did that, something happened that the members of the task force did not expect. Both the member that was shooting the anomaly's head and the anomaly opened their mouths at the same time, when that happened, the soul of the member being grabbed by the neck started to get out of his mouth and tries to enter the anomaly's, the rest of the surviving members tries to distract and flinch the anomaly by shooting at it, but it does nothing at the creature because of it's regeneration, and because of this it ends up killing the member.
The leader of MTF Rho-13-A (Jonathan Bright) realized what he needed to do after seeing what it just happened with his's fellow fallen members, he contacted the leader of MTF Rho-13-B to get more back ups because og how dificult is going to be to contain the anomaly.
When MTF Rho-13-B arrived with 15 soldiers of the foundation at the area where MTF Rho-13 and the anomaly were battling out an hour with 16 minutes later. When anomaly noticed the team that arrived to help MTF Rho-13-A, it roared loudly enough to shake the floor that they were standing on, the floor started to crack and out of the ground a group of 6 to 8 undead beings appeared to help the anomaly, after that happened, the corpses of the people the anomaly started to awaken and now became part of it's undead group.
The anomaly ordered it's undead group to attack MTF Rho-13-A, MTF Rho-13-B and the soldiers that were sent by the foundation to contain the anomaly. The undead group of the anomaly used weapons like spears and swords (except the ones that were revived, those ones are using their fire arms that they had when they were still alive) to start attacking the team and the soldiers. The soldiers, the surviving members of MTF Rho-13-A and MTF Rho-13-B were able to defend themselves against the soldiers using their spears and swords, but some of them got injured from shots from the undead members of the MTF that were revived by the anomaly.
After the anomaly realizes that it's undead army were destroyed by the foundation's soldiers, the anomaly decides to go serious and suddenly started to lighten up it's hands with somekind of dark indigo energy and then ran into the foundation's soldiers. The anomaly started to use it's dark indigo energy to shoot fire like if it was a laser at the soldiers, destroying part's of the place that they were on, it managed to strike and kill two members of MTF Rho-13-B and injure three of the soldiers that arrived with MTF Rho-13-B.
The teams and the soldiers started to counter attack the anomaly with their rifles to fire back at the anomaly, but the anomaly threw a bunch dark indigo energy like fire balls to counter attack, but all but one of the foundation soldiers were able to dodge the attacks from the anomaly, but one of the soldiers gets hit by one of the fire balls and got critically hurt.
The team started to shoot at the anomaly when they saw their chance of damaging the anomaly, even with it's regeneration, the anomaly was keep getting hit to the point were it couldn't use it's arms to counter attack.
The anomaly knowing that it was going to be defeated by soldiers using weapons that it never fought againts, the anomaly decided to shoot a dark indigo energy ball from it's mouth to the ground to cause a blast that temporarily blinded the foundation soldiers. With that opportunity, the anomaly tries to escape the ruins so that it doesn't get contained by them.
When the anomaly ran out of the Tajin ruins, the surviving soldiers, the surviving members of MTF Rho-13-A and the surviving MTF Rho-13-B restored their eye sight and saw the anomaly escaping. While that was happening, the sun came up and something unxecpected for the anomaly happened, it suddenly stopped moving and was stuck in place.
The surviving soldiers, the surviving members of MTF Rho-13-A and the surviving MTF Rho-13-B noticed this and came to it's direction, when they arrived there, they saw that the anomaly wasn't moving and was stuck on a running position, it would appear that the anomaly was stuck in place to the point where the anomaly was not able to move it's body, it could only move it's mouth and head. Because of this bizzare event, they were able to contain the anomaly and brought it to the foundation.
