Description: SCP-XXXX, also known as "King's Loyal Friend" , is a quasi-sentient suit of armor able to stand on its own and resembling that of medieval-era, European knights. SCP-XXXX is composed of a closed helmet, chain-mail underarmor, gauntlets, pauldrons, a breast-plate, and grieves. All were reported to be composed of an unidentifiable metallic material. Upon inspection of the armor's interior, no being of any sort was found to be occupying the armor, nor could any singular piece be detached from the whole.

Once contained, researchers attempted to communicate with XXXX to no avail. This was until several D-Class personnel were instructed to enter its cell to try and directly interact with it. Upon a certain subject entering the room, XXXX suddenly faced itself in their direction as well as following the movement of the subject around the room. After being instructed by researchers, the subject gave several commands, including telling the entity to "wake up,". Promptly after those words, XXXX assumed an upright posture, still facing the subject. It then lifted its arm and presented an open palm. Instructed further, the subject placed their own hand into XXXX's. XXXX then squeezed the hand for several seconds, before shaking its head and letting go, holding its same position.

After concluding observation for the day, the D-class was taken in for questioning as to why they were the only one able to interact with it. Upon stating his name as █████ ██████ IV, researchers began a background check as well as a look into his family tree. It was revealed that his lineage traced back to several minor dukedoms and viceroys of multiple ancient European regions and provinces.

At a later date, the foundation contacted and was able arrange a meeting with the UN representative of one of the nations the aforementioned D-Class was traced from, as well as a sect of the nation's military personnel. The meeting occurred on ██ / ██ / 2020 at a testing grounds sector of Site-██. SCP-XXXX was to undergo several tests as detailed above.

When first discovered, XXXX showed no signs of any movement, instead standing frozen in slightly slumped posture with its helmet facing the ground. Likewise, it offered no movement, let alone resistance, when being detained and transported to foundation grounds.
