Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3573 Must be contained in a very specific manner as to prevent the possibility of SCP-3573 corrupting the entire SCP Foundation database. The containment cell is made of 1 meter thick aluminium, with a small entry point for the conducting of experiments. The interior and exterior of the cell must be surrounded by a 10cm thick aluminium Faraday cage. The cell must also be surrounded by a signal firewall to prevent the escape of SCP-3573, and a team of class B personnel to constantly monitor and encrypt the firewall around SCP-3573’s cell. All personnel within a 20 meter radius from SCP-3573 are required to have no electronic devices of any kind.
Description: SCP-3573 is a self contained data field that exists with very low traceable signal. It was discovered by accident when Dr.███████ walked through SCP-3573’s influence and lost all communication links with Colonel ████████. After SCP-3573’s discovery the communication device was recovered. The device data was recovered however the data had been jumbled into a mess of characters as follows:

After containment there were multiple instances of data loss/corruption with a similar loss in data such as the corruption of foundation files concerning ██████, ██████████████████████, and ████████. After more secure measurements were put into place researchers began testing.
Test 1

A computer was placed within SCP-3573’s cell and after 5 minutes researchers report the screen flashing multiple colors as more jumbled texted was displayed on screen:

Conclusion: This may be a form of communication for SCP-3573 However none of our personnel have been able to decipher this form of communication.
Test 2

A USB flash drive was placed in SCP-3573’s cell after 2.5 minutes it began to smoke and spontaneously combusted violently injuring 2 D class personnel.
Conclusion: SCP-3573 may have a way of overload data within smaller or possibly even larger electronic devices to the point of catastrophic failure.
