Access Granted, Welcome, Level 4 Site Director Rebecca.J.C
Special Containment Procedures: With the exception of testing, SCP-XXXX should always be contained in Site-████'s Primary Containment Facility on the titanium stand, two CCTV operator must monitor and report all signs of leakage. When testing, escort SCP-XXXX with two Site-security. Testing of SCP-XXXX should be inside the Secondary Containment chamber and four Site-Security should be posted outside to prevent non-essential staffs and civilians from entering. All major leakage of SCP-XXXX-1 should be reported to the Site-Director immediately.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a 50 ml black Ink bottle, made by LAMY, a Germany ink/pen-production company. On first glance, SCP-XXXX appears to be a normal bottle of ink, but is invulnerable to physical damage, and cap appears to be un-openable. Bottle appears to be leaking SCP-XXXX-1 at all times, although cold-conditioning of the containment chamber renders it unable to leak any faster.
SCP-XXXX was recovered in the town of ██████, Canada at a worn-down factory after emergency calls of "Massive Crude oil leakage"were tracked by Foundation Agent █████ Mc██████. Mc██████ reported that he found anomalous black substance flooding the 2nd floor of the basement, after an agreement with the O5-Council to contain SCP-XXXX, PTF-Sigma-371 "Pipe Fixers" were deployed to contain SCP-XXXX and amnesticize the entire town population, containment and recover was a success and SCP-XXXX was stored at a temporal confinement before moving to the newly established Site-████.
SCP-XXXX contains a vicious black liquid resembling black ink, known as SCP-XXXX-1. When an item comes in contact to the liquid inside SCP-XXXX-1, it will corrode the entire matter in just a few seconds, it is also known to be very flammable. The viscosity of SCP-XXXX-1's flow is higher when temperature is below -3, which is helpful for containment and clean-up. If any Foundation personnel or civilian is to make contact with SCP-XXXX-1 without protective equipment, treat corrosion wounds with water as all anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX-1 disappear1 when water concentration is more than 2%.
List of known materials2 that SCP-XXXX cannot corrode:
- Titanium
- Silicon Carbide
- Graphene
- ███
- █████
- Glass
- Plastic
- ███████
- Rubber
- Nano-Sphere
- Kevlar
- ████████
- Aluminum
- ████
- █████
- Paper
We did the experiments, so why are WE injected with Class B Amnestics? -Dr. Troy.K
Don't complain, even I don't know what it is, so shutup and finish your report. -Site Director Rebecca J.C
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-2 is to be stored in the safe-box of Site-████ Site Director Rebecca J. ████████'s office, SCP-XXXX-2 is only allowed to be tested upon Site Director's approval and/or for weekly inspection. At no point should SCP-XXXX-2 be taken out without approval, violators will result in demotion and terminated from experiments and projects.
Description: SCP-XXXX-2 is a golden-edged black pen manufactured by an unknown company, it displays anomalous traits when writing on a paper. When the subject uses SCP-XXXX-2 to write any words related to emotions, feelings and thoughts, the subject using the pen will feel the same thing described by the words/sentences, for example, subject will feel sad if they wrote the word 'sad' on a paper with SCP-XXXX-2. It has seemingly infinite ink, therefore it is theorised that the ink comes from SCP-XXXX
Note: When SCP-XXXX-2 is frequently used, the amount of SCP-XXXX leaking went down dramatically, I speculate that the replenishing time of SCP-XXXX-1 is slower than the usage so this could be an easier way to contain SCP-XXXX. -Researcher Wilson.K
General Info: Site-████ is located in the town of ██████, Canada. It is a Site designed to house anomalies that is pending for a permanent location, with the exception of SCP-XXXX, which was to contained permanently until further changes or notices. The Site itself is more of a transfer station to supply other Sites rather than specifically. The Site has 4 floors, two basement and two surface levels, two permanent containment chamber3, three temporal containment chamber, a cafeteria, a building that can houses 54 Class-Ds, a storage room and a [REDACTED].
Staff Requirement: All on-site personnel are to be wearing a standard white Foundation uniform, Researchers of all ranks are to wear white Foundation lab-coat (with the exception of Janitor, Site Security and MTF-Zeta-2788 'Ink Sweepers') This procedure is employed to make finding traces of accidental contact with SCP-XXXX-1 easier.
Class-D Handling: As Site-████ is not big enough to house more than fifty-four Class-D's, and we are on shortage of supplies, it means that every experiment involved with Class-D must be approved by Senior Researcher Kennedy Wilson, before moving on. Any unauthorized testing of SCP-XXXX-2 with
D-Classes are to be terminated immediately and all personnel involved will get sent to Area-██ for a 'Good Behavior' training.
Outside-Breach: Should any civilians unaware of the situation they are in ventured into
Site-████'s Staff-room, basements, or anywhere that's not the reception, they are to be escorted by 1~2 Site-security and escorted4 to the Debriefing Room, where they will be interrogated and treated with a drink filled with Class-B Amnestic, or, if they denied the drink, the interrogator shall leave, seal the door and deploy Class-A Amnestic.
SCP-XXXX-Leakage: SCP-XXXX leakage is not, and I repeat, NOT a containment breach.
Site-████'s walls, ceilings, floors and doors are mostly comprised of materials resistant to SCP-XXXX-1's corrosion, so the only thing Foundation personnel need to do is to either activate the water sprinklers, evacuate, or if the basement is severely flooded, seal the basement entrance door. Only deploy MTF-Zeta-2788 if all two basements are flooded as water sprinklers are ineffective to such high concentration of SCP-XXXX-1.
So THAT'S why our Site Director's Office have such a thick door. -Dr.███████
