Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a soundproof humanoid containment cell, with a music player and some musical toys to prevent aggressive behavior.
All staff entering SCP-XXXX's room should wear special headgear to prevent outside noise from coming in, but should have headphones and a microphone so that they may communicate properly with eachother and with SCP-XXXX.
If any staff seem to have a sudden chage in mood they should be escorted out immediately and isolated from SCP-XXXX for 2 weeks minimum.
Description: SCP-XXXX has a physical appearance similar to that of a young girl, around 12 years in age. It is 1.4 metres tall, with a golden, hair-like growth that curves at the bottom like that of a bell. Instead of a face, SCP-XXXX has 3 empty holes, with a white glow coming from the "eyes". The subject in question can contort the holes form crude facial expressions.
SCP-XXXX is capable of human speach, but knows very little English, and mainly tries to communicate with the sounds various bells. Currently it has a specialized staff member teaching it English, but progress is rather slow.
When desired, SCP-XXXX can use these bell sounds in a specific pattern and will gently sway from left to right. Any sentient being who hears the sound will have a sudden shift in emotion, as used by SCP-XXXX to manipulate them.
Currently SCP-XXXX is very uncooperative, and refuses to use its ability for anything other than personal gain, but it generally isn't hostile and rather cowardly in dangerous situations.
