Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4974 is to be kept in a 5m x 5m x 5m circular room lined with titanium and refined steel at all times. Its door is triple locked and plated with heavily refined aluminum and will only be opened during testing. It is to be fed at least 3 kg of raw meat every 2 weeks. No more than 2 personnel are allowed in at a time. Any personnel entering its containment chamber must wear protective gear for their eyes, and be very cautious of their surroundings.

Description: SCP-4974 is a show-biz robot that shows signs of major damage, such as missing arms, legs completely exposed, heavy rust, and the torso having major holes and tears. The creatures head is a lead pyramid weighing approximately 2 kg. Despite the damage, it manages to get around its chamber fine.

SCP-4974 is extremely hostile. Despite being blind, when it detects another entity within its presence, it starts to run after them and attack them via puncturing, bruising, and [REDACTED]. When the subject is unconscious, SCP-4974 will proceed to expose its mouth cavity and consume the subject, specifically the head. Subjects who survive the attacks claim to see hallucinations such as thick white smoke, "Static", everything becoming extremely bright/dark, seeing the containment cell on fire, [REDACTED], and everything becoming monochrome.

When SCP-4974 breaches, it likes to crawl around in the vent system and escape into rooms with at least 1 person in them. He will then proceed to chase the person, attempting to kill them. It can also break down doors quite easily using its head, unless the door is plated with heavy metal, in which case it will have a very hard time attempting to break it down.

Addendum 4974.1: Discovery

SCP-4974 was discovered after a hospital in ██████ Ohio reported strange noises from the vents and people going missing. During investigation, screaming was heard and loud thuds before [DATA EXPUNGED] was heard and [DATA EXPUNGED] was seen leaking from the vents. MTF was sent to investigate and found the SCP there. Everyone in the hospital was evacuated and the SCP was retrieved.
