Description: SCP-1934 is an African male who can generate electricity and shoot it out his body, he can fully control when he can generate electricity and release it although he doesn't really need to or even want to. SCP-1934 was discovered in Nyaruguru District, Rwanda after headline news told about 16 people dying getting struck by lightning in a church, agents later investigated and found SCP-1934 around what is presumed to be his whole family lying dead on the floor. he willingly went into custody after the accident, SCP-1934 statement of the event is that he was just talking for one second and then lighting came down from the ceiling and killed everyone, researchers believe SCP-1934 summoned the strike accidentally when he was talking with his family through unknown means. (Update: since we don't know how he summoned a lightning strike, the site base has to have a shielded ceiling just in case.)
