Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4271 must be contained in a completely sound proof cell, preventing sound from both entering nor exiting. No microphones may be present within the cell nor speakers. The cell must be only entered when absolutely necessary and approved by a high-ranking official, those who enter must undergo mental evaluation and training and must wear military grade earmuffs along with earplugs in order to ensure absolutely no sound can be heard. Before entering, the individual must listen to a variety of sounds and ensure none can be heard.
