Item #: SCP-3:30

Object Class: Euclid (Formerly Keter)

Containment Procedures:
SCP-3:30 is to be kept in a watch display case enclosed in a 5x3mm glass box.

SCP-3:30 is to be monitored 24/7 via closed-circuit cameras. This is to ensure that it is not removed, and any instances generated by attempted thefts are recorded.

All attempts to move SCP-3:30's hands have proven futile, however SCP-3:30’s AM and PM indicators will move as if it is telling the correct time

Description:

SCP-3:30, seized by the Foundation, due to reports of members of Museum staff reportedly dying days after preparing the watch for delivery to the ███████ Museum, changed into it's current modern day design when it [REDACTED].

Note: The time required for SCP-3:30 to assimilate it's new form was about one hour, and deviations in this time remains untested as SCP-3:30 has not alternated from it's current form since contained.

SCP-3:30 is a watch with a ~𝘈𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘰 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 ~.

Note: Any further description of SCP-3:30’s appearance has been prohibited by the Foundation in order to deter any more theft attempts by site 19 personnel, following the [REDACTED].

Previous attempts to access SCP-3:30's hands have proven futile. SCP-3:30 rapidly repairs any damage done to its structure and casing; even removal of its battery will result in a new battery immediately 'growing' to take its place.

Testing by SCP-3:30 Researchers, has revealed that SCP-3:30 is capable mirroring the personalities of previous, and maybe even future, users.

One instance of this occurring was when Dr. ███ latched SCP-3:30 around his wrist and reportedly began to recite ███████ ███████ inaugural address verbatim, until SCP-3:30 was removed from his wrist by nearby guards.

Another instance, code named the "Will & Grace Incident" by the late Dr.█████, being when D-class 39482 tasked with wearing SCP-3:30, began talking of [REDACTED] in Vermont.

The surveillance equipment would later be fitted for audio recording hardware.

Another instance of SCP-3:30's foreseeing abilities took place during a test by Dr. ███ to see what long term effects one would suffer after over exposure to SCP 3:30. Dr.███ described his experience with SCP-3:30 as lucid; like being able to see through his future as if he were, “Looking through a View Master”. However, he reported being unable to see past him removing SCP-3:30.

Dr. ███ would later die due an accidental discharge from armed personnel monitoring Dr. ███’s status after concluding his test with SCP-3:30, justk 5 days prior.

Note: How far SCP-3:30 is able to see into the future, seems to be directly linked to how long one person wears it, and if they're still wearing it at the time of specific events. It would also seem that after prolonged use of SCP-3:30 the user will be executed. The extent of these executions are unknown.

Note: It is unknown if there are other instances of SCP-3:30; as it is believed one has to wear SCP-3:30 in order for others to experience theirs, and others, previous, and future events. It is unknown how the "Will & Grace Incident" was recorded by SCP-3:30 at the time of the event; being in Foundation supervision at the time. Whether or not SCP-3:30 can allow it's user to recall events from parallel timelines is being called back into question by those studying SCP-3:30.
