Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept in a standard S1 humanoid containment chamber outfitted with four Scranton Reality Anchors at Site-19. SCP-XXXX is to be provided with literature, entertainment, and other physical assets upon request. Routine weekly psychiatric evaluations are to be scheduled for SCP-XXXX, to be conducted by an on-site professional. If SCP-XXXX is determined to be hostile to humanity during an assessment, Protocol XXXX-ALPHA will be carried out immediately.
MTF Gamma-12 "Silent Night"1 is to monitor neighboring inhabited zones for signs of ontokinetic shifts. Should SCP-XXXX breach containment, or cause reality shifts constituting a breach of containment, protocol XXXX-ALPHA2 is to be carried out immediately. Failure to comply will result in summary termination.
Contact with SCP-XXXX is limited to authorized personnel given prior clearance by Head Researcher Mikhail Carter.3
Description: SCP-XXXX is an approximately 28-year-old female appearing to be of Asian descent. SCP-XXXX displays no abnormal physical appearance or property, and responds only to "Marie". SCP-XXXX's anomalous ability manifests in its speech, which displays the ontokinetic ability to shift reality to comply with the parameters of SCP-XXXX's statements.
SCP-XXXX's sphere of influence is currently unknown, though speculation suggests there is no upper limit, provided SCP-XXXX possesses prior knowledge of the subjects of its abilities.
Addendum: Discovery and Containment
Prior to containment, the Foundation had been aware of SCP-XXXX's existence for four years, following sizable hume shifts in Houston, Texas. From 09/01/2012 to 06/20/2016, the Foundation attempted unsuccessfully to capture and contain SCP-XXXX.
On June 20, 2016, SCP-XXXX approached a Foundation agent embedded in local law enforcement, with the intent of surrendering itself to containment. The embedded agent, Special Agent Thomas K. Mayorkas, notified the director of Site-19, who ordered immediate preparation for its arrival. Attached below is the audio recording of the initial interview conducted by Agent Mayorkas, upon contact with SCP-XXXX.
Interview XXXX-01
Date: 06/20/2016Interviewer: Agent Thomas Kirk Mayorkas
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX[BEGIN RECORDING]
Agent Mayorkas: Thank you for coming. Could you please state your name for the record?
SCP-XXXX: Sure… Marianne Karina Alexeyev. Like that?
Agent Mayorkas: That was wonderful. Thank you, Marianne.
SCP-XXXX: Marie… call me Marie.
Agent Mayorkas: Of course, Marie. Now, could you tell me why you're asking to be contained? Frankly, it's a bit… unusual to see an anomaly contain themselves. And you, given your track record… we've been trying to get you contained for years. Forgive me for being a bit skeptical.
SCP-XXXX: No, no, I get it… I'm sorry, I never got your name, did I? Tell me.
Agent Mayorkas: My name is Thomas Mayorkas.
SCP-XXXX: I get it, Thomas- actually, I'm gonna call you Tom. I get it, Tom. Y'all finally get your wish of capturing me, and it's only because I come TO you. And after I killed so many of your people. You're probably wondering if this is a trap, right?
Silence.
SCP-XXXX: I thought so. Well, unfortunately, it's not. Believe me, I hate you guys. You've made my life a living hell for YEARS. I just want to settle down and be happy, but problem after problem pops up. But the one that is relevant here is that I have cancer. More specifically, brain cancer. Stage Four.
Agent Mayorkas: Oh… I see. I'm so sorry to hear that. But forgive me, Marie- can you not just use your ontokinetic abilities to heal yourself?
SCP-XXXX: Ontokinetic? The fuck is that?
Agent Mayorkas: Your… reality-altering capabilities.
SCP-XXXX: Oh, I see. No, I cannot. I don't know why, though. I have tried. My abilities do not seem to extend to myself. And that brings me to my proposal for you. I will submit for containment, in exchange for treatment for my condition.
Silence.
SCP-XXXX: Tom?
Agent Mayorkas: Hm? Oh, sorry. Yes, I believe that should work.

Following Interview XXXX-01, SCP-XXXX was admitted to Site-19 and placed in a Standard S1 Humanoid Containment Chamber fitted with basic amenities. Per SCP-XXXX's request, treatment for SCP-XXXX's Stage IV Glioma has been approved, and chemotherapy is conducted routinely, under the supervision of onsite Oncologist Gina Weathers.
The following interview was conducted following a month of this treatment.
Interview XXXX-02
Date: 07/23/2016Interviewer: Doctor Gina Weathers
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX[BEGIN RECORDING]
Dr. Weathers: Marie, how are you feeling today? It's been about a month since we have begun treatment for your condition, and I wanted to check in.
SCP-XXXX: To be honest, I feel like shit. I'm barely able to get up in the morning, and when I do, there's a fifty-fifty chance I puke my guts out. Not literally, I have to state, just in case. I've lost my appetite, and I'm constantly fighting the urge to pass out.
Dr. Weathers: I see. Unfortunately, those are all to be expected, with the level of aggressive treatment your condition requires.
SCP-XXXX: I know… but to be honest, I thought that y'all would have more advanced treatments for this. I mean, you're the SCP Foundation. Aren't you guys, like, a thousand years ahead of everyone else?
Dr. Weathers: Unfortunately, that doesn't mean we have the cure.
Silence.
Dr. Weathers: Alright, well. Do you have any other questions for me?
SCP-XXXX: No. Thank you.
