Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5674 is to be kept in a 2m x 2m x 3m cell and one entrance. The cell will have an adjoining watch room that will be fitted with a 2m x 1m bulletproof, 5cm thick, observing window. When researching SCP-5674, as of incident I-5674-1, only D-Class personnel are allowed to enter the containment area and interact with SCP-5674.
Description: SCP-5674 resembles an average hand puppet except for its all white coloring. The subject appears to be wearing whites robes that are tattered and burned at the bottom. The arms that protrude from the robes end in rounded stumps. SCP-5674’s body is primarily made up of a polyester felt with the exception of it’s hair which testing has shown to be genetically human. SCP-5674’s hair stands on end and ungelates at all times. SCP-5674 measures approximately 20 in tall and 11in wide. SCP-5674’ has human-like eyes that are a deep red in color. The subject also has no visible mouth and nose. Most of SCP-5674’s body is hollow except its head and arms with a hole at the base of it’s torso. SCP-5674 moves around by floating roughly 30cm off the ground. The way it does this is not yet known.
SCP-5674’s anomalous properties come to form when a human has come within sight of SCP-5674. SCP-5674 with race toward the subject at a rate of up to 40kph. SCP-5674 will then attempt to latch onto the subjects face, if it is successful it’s hands will fuse to the subjects skin at a molecular level. After which SCP-5674 will cease movement and will look into the subjects eyes. Then the subject will go into a state of delusion and panic. The subjects heart rate will increase very rapidly until they go into cardiac arrest. Once the subject has deceased SCP-5674 will detach it’s hand from the subject's face and go into a state of patrol. SCP-5674 will then look for any other nearby person to lunge at. After approximately 10 min SCP-5674 will exit this state and cease all motor function and motion.

(01:06) Rito begara grabs SCP-5674 out of the air by the neck with his right hand
(01:09) SCP-5674 clasped it’s hands to Rito begara’s wrist and fuses to him
(01:13) Rito bergara sticks his left hand into the hole at the bottom of SCP-5674
(01:15) SCP-5674 seems to get agitated and rips of the skin it had fused it’s hands to earlier and then fuses it’s hand to Rito’s face
(01:18) SCP-5674 then repeatedly fuses, rips, and refuses it hand to Rito’s face
