Special Containment Procedures: SCP: is to be kept in neuro gear and be in program Dywed (See Addendum 2: Project Dyfed). Daily check-ins on vitals and reality-altering effects in the local area. Weekly checks in for any changes in mental state or awareness of its situation. An Iv bag is connected to SCP- to provide nutrients to avoid starvation

Description: SCP- is a humanoid female of Hispanic descent(Formerly known as Rhiannon *) at approximately 24 years of age. SCP-** is a powerful reality bender, being able to manipulate its own surroundings and its own body. When an item is manipulated, the area around the item “shatters” to reveal the new item. The current limits are unknown, but SCP- seems to only be able to alter the physical state of items, not the mental state. The most common form of its ability is used when attacked, either creating barriers or causing bullets to shatter and disappear. SCP- seems to be hesitant to harm others, only doing so as a last resort. However, the nature of its reality-warping abilities seems to become more drastic and harder to control the more distress it is under, leading to previous recapture events having multiple injuries and deaths, along with almost permanent damages.

Addendum 1: SCP- was discovered in *,Kansas, after the disappearance of Bruno , the partner to SCP-. Locals reported the night before his disappearance, a domestic dispute happened between Bruno and SCP-, according to later interviews, it appears that SCP-** made Bruno vanish after an assault attempt. SCP- was only captured when recordings from its house revealed its anomalous ability. During the capture, SCP- uses its ability to make its room larger, nearly a mile sphere, as well as creating walls and barriers around itself. When 3 agents broke through, SCP- began to violently cause rifts to form, leading to the death of 1 agent, and the other 2 losing limbs. After realizing it has harmed them, SCP- pauses its rifts, allowing an agent to administer a dart, causing SCP- to fall unconscious, thus leading to its capture

Addendum 2: After a total of 28 escape attempts, leading to 48 casualties and $4,000,000 damages, Termination was considered, however, Doctor Auburn, the lead doctor for SCP-, wished to test a new ai named "Dyfed", an ai capable of putting unconscious people in a "False reality", causing their minds to believe they are living normal lives. After approval of the 05 council, SCP- was put in a medically induced coma and placed in Dywed, since then, no anomalous effects have been produced by SCP-

Addendum 3: The current scripting for Dywed is as follows

• SCP-, now called Rhiannon, lives in a house with its mother and siblings
• SCP- visits a therapist(Doctor Auburn in Dywed) to treat anxiety and depression symptoms as well as to monitor any signs of awareness or malfunction in its reality
• Any doctor with level 3 clearance can enter Dyfed using a spare gear set, but only in drastic situations
• SCP- lives in its home town, any attributes in said town that don't align with its memory must be corrected to avoid a "Break"
• If a "Break" is to happen, a memory wipe is formed on SCP-, and any changes needed are made.

Addendum 4: After a "Break" in which SCP- was alone with Dr. Auburn, SCP- began to panic, and cracks, in reality, began to form in its cell. This lead to a rescripting of the SCP- world.

• SCP-, now called Rhiannon Auburn, is the wife of Peter Auburn, also known as Dr. Auburn
• Dr. Auburn is to always accompany SCP- were ever they go in Dyfed, as well as having access to the real-world vitals of SCP-, via his laptop in Dywed
• A new therapist is assigned to Dr. Mara, with only monthly visits now
