Special Containment Procedures: Scp XXXX is to be confined in a standard Humanoid holding cell with a radius of 5 km of clear fields where no personnel are allowed to enter. the field should be covered with high explosive mines in case of a breach and anyone seen approaching Scp XXXX should be restrained. The room should contain a a bed, toilet and shower. Under no circumstances should personnel be allowed to visit Scp XXXX.

Description: Scp XXXX is a slime like substance that has a cognitohazardous effect on people. Scp XXXX is capable of taking full control of the senses of anyone in a 3 km radius, its effect however seems to be effected by range with the effect being complete control of anyone within a 150 meter radius and slowly dropping off until its almost unnoticeable around 3 km away however its been reported people have been effected up to [REDACTED] away.

People effected by Scp XXXX have stated their body and free will along with movement being unaltered however their surroundings, hearing, smell, taste and touch being completely changed meaning in some cases their decisions can be effected by it [SEE ADDENDUM: Scp XXXX-J and Scp XXXX-K].

ADDENDUM: Scp XXXX-J

Task Force ██████ Were sent to investigate the town off ████████ after suspicious reports from the UK government. When arriving they were greeted in a city described differently from task member to task member ranging from 'Heaven' to a 'futuristic Utopia' by Scp XXXX claiming himself as King ██████ who asked them their intentions and gave them all sorts of fabricated gifts. 2 Members left shortly after meeting with Scp XXXX feeling something was off and they reported back once the illusion wore off. Task Force ████ ████████ Was then sent with one mission being retrieve or kill the person claiming to be King ██████. When entering the effected area they were still greeted in their ideal location by their ideal looking person however this time they went to open fire once Scp XXXX claimed their name but before they could fire they were perceived to be attacked by their individual worst nightmare with one agent saying "As soon as he said his name I went to shoot him but before I could spiders and centipedes came out from under the ground climbing up me into every orifices eating me alive… I… I was scared and couldn't move". Each agent had a different story but they were rendered immobile from fear after this it was decided we should contain Scp XXXX by any means necessary.

ADDENDUM: Scp XXXX-K

On July 2█ 20██ Scp XXXX attempted to escape confinement. It done this by making a Doctor ████████ hand over their gas mask and enter holding with it resulting in Doctor ████████'s death. We do not know how Scp XXXX done this since Doctor ████████ showed no signs of struggle and appears to have died smiling even though the Serin gas used causes Immeasurable pain. If it wasn't for an Overseer noticing that the footage and audio seemed off thereby locking Door 2 until Doctor ████████ entered his unique code Scp XXXX would've surely escaped and even though It has attempted this since the extra training and security we have put in place, for example handcuffing the visitor has stopped any breach from happening since… As far as we can tell.
