Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 20 X 20 X 20 X 20 Foot Sound Proof Steel cage. SCP-XXXX with approximately 15 feet of empty space. Only three cameras are allowed within SCP-XXXX chamber. 4 gas tubes must be connected to SCP-XXXX chamber at all times, 2 tubes from the right pumping Hydrogen sulfide, and two pipes from the left pumping Ammonia. These gases must be active 24 hours a day. Cameras must be sound proof as ordered by the 05-Council.
No physical interaction is not allowed with SCP-XXXX at any time, all physical interaction must be approved by no less than 3 votes from 05-Command. All personal in a 100 cm radius are to be equipped with Anti-Noise headphones. All Class-D entering SCP-XXXX chamber are to be equipped with Anti-Noise Headphones and gas masks.
Any changes inside the Chamber must be reported to an 05 or higher. The Chamber SCP-XXXX is kept in must be checked every day for anything out of the ordinary. Chamber must also be cleaned every week by the order of the 05-Command.
Only Personal with a clearance of 4+ may test on this SCP. You must have 3+ Class D while testing this SCP. SCP-XXXX Must be tested every week to see if anything has changed in behavior.
Description SCP-XXXX appears to be a 6.3 foot humanoid creature with a distorted male appearance. His eyes and mouth seem to be out of place, also His body appears to be transparent with a white glow. SCP-XXXX can run up to speed of 25 miles per hour. If you make any physical contact with the SCP it will scream and begin to attack the subject who touched him. the recorded measurement of decibels SCP-XXXX portrays is about 890-1100 decibels. After SCP-XXXX is done killing his victims it will stand and do nothing until another Class-D entered the Containment Chamber and touched him.
SCP-XXXX does not show any facial expressions or any signs of feelings when attacking someone, and when being idle, but SCP-XXXX does however speak and shows a vague personality as shown by further tests, but SCP-XXXX speaks very rarely. When SCP-XXXX speaks it will shoot a sharp bang traveling approximately 1 kilometer away from the sounds origin point. If SCP-XXXX does speak you must consult a 05 council member immediately for further testing.
