Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in the main shower room at Site-██. The SCP may be taken by the Site Director at anytime and if a Researcher wants to test with it, they must get permission from 2 Level-4 personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a towel with 30 by 58 inch dimensions. The towel is light blue, and seems to never be dirty. SCP-XXXX dries people instantaneously, as soon as they wrap it around them, their hair and body turn completely dry. SCP-XXXX seems to be able to control body temperatures of the human or itself, so it can dry them. In order for this to happen, SCP-XXXX would need to give off 100°C(212°F)or more to dry someone that quickly. The towel somehow protects the wearer from being burnt. Either using some type of fabric or maybe a different method than what we have thought. Junior Researcher Dr. Nelson, will take over procedures for SCP-XXXX. He may use the towel for testing and for personal use.

D-9041: Thank God! Because it's so cold.

Junior Researcher Dr. Nelson: What is it?
D-9041: I'm completely dry! It's also really warm now. This towel almost feels like a blanket, I wish I could sleep with this.
Junior Researcher Dr. Nelson: Ok, now get your clothes back on and the SD will take you back to your cell.
D-9041: Alright.
Junior Researcher Dr. Nelson: How warm was it when you put the towel on?
D-9041: It was a lot warmer than any towel I've ever worn. I would say it was around 21 to 24°C(70-75°F). I would like to keep this, but I'm guessing….actually….it is a SCP.

Junior Researcher Dr. Nelson: It seems that SCP-XXXX is making heat from itself. We don't know if it goes to the temperature a person prefers or if it stays at a constant 21 to 24°C. I also set the shower room temperature down to 18°C, to see if SCP-XXXX would generate more heat then what was already inside the room.
