Special Containment Procedures: Scp is to be kept within a 6 foot by 6 foot cell with a height no less than 5 feet.

Scp is not allowed to be removed from cell by any order less than by an 0-5, however any level 3 personnel may use Scp-XXXX’s byproduct within testing.

Description: Scp is a stone fountain approximately 2 feet radius with a height of 3 feet, in the center are 5 animal forms each varying, the first is a contemporary gothic creature known as a gargoyle, the second is is a holistic creature known as a seraph, the third a grecian creature known as a siren, the fourth a chinese dragon, and the fifth is an unknown creature with a large central eye and multiple tentacles with eyes on the end, the most likely answer being a variation of a creature known in a roleplay game as a beholder. Each creatures mouth is open and from them a blue liquid is released, the fountain never runs out and never overflows. This byproduct if consumed or spread onto an animal or other sentient object is absorbed completely no matter what substance.

Testing: not all tests are cleared for personnel outside project Alpha Alpha Omega 3. As such certain test have been abridged for explanation to external units.

Test Scp-XXXX/1:

Class D-36844 is placed in the center of a testing room with a small cup of byproduct and told to drink. After ingestion the d-class unit was exposed to [classified].

Conclusion the liquid has an effect that temporarily makes the user immune to mental anomalous abilities.

Test Scp-XXXX/23:

Class D-669384 is injected with byproduct and told to attack a series of 2-d plaster figures.

Conclusion liquid increases adrenaline production but does not otherwise enhance animals.

Test Scp-XXXX/62

Class D-1693 is placed within a glass cylinder filled completely with byproduct and sealed.

Conclusion liquid is a breathable substance.

Test Scp-XXXX/64

Byproduct is mixed with water with attempt to blend.

Conclusion water and byproduct will not mix with water at all as it solidifies with contact to high concentrations of water.

Incident Reports:

Incident report XXXX-1:
D-Class unit attempted drowning of other D-Class unit. Unit failure contained initiator has been immolated completely and defendant has been administered amnestics.

Incident report XXXX-2:
With attack to the site housing project Alpha Alpha Omega 3, chaos insurgency shoots a guard of whom has taken refuge within Scp-XXXX’s containment cellguard is shown to slowly bleed out in the pool of byproduct. Once containment breach had been nullified cleanup of scp was commenced guard unit was found at the bottom of Scp-XXXX when the unit was retrieve from Scp unit was found to be alive and was contained within a medical containment cell. Unit has been designated as Scp-XXXX-1

Scp-XXXX-1: unit is found to be immune to all mental, emotional, or duplication abilities. Unit can be injured by physical damage but not by any other means. The unit has been shown to have not aged since first test.

Addendum: Scp-XXXX-1 has been designated as an interrogation unit for dealing with sentient Scps and given level-3 access and added to the project roster for Alpha Alpha Omega 3.¹
