Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX and any additional SCP-XXXX-X instances are to be stored in a standard secure locker in Storage Room Epsilon at Site XX. SCP-XXXX is to only be hoisted on a flagpole for testing purposes and is otherwise to be kept folded and clean at all times.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 152cm x 91cm nylon-wool flag of Mozambique. Visually the flag bears no anomalous properties, the symbols and colours match international specifications and on the hoist of the flag a there is faded text reading "FLAGS OF THE WORLD, NUMBER 77, MOZAMBIQUE, ██████ ████████ Ltd." However, when a subject is exposed to SCP-XXXX or any other flags manufactured by ██████ ████████ Ltd. (hereafter referred to as SCP-XXXX-X) that is hoisted and flying on a flag pole, numerous effects will occur dependent upon exposure length, nationality, age and political persuasion.
